She moves on in, "Sally Mae? There's a gopher chimera thing outside is that danger... oh wow"

"Hey, Thistle, get in here, take a look"

Sally Mae arches a brow "Interesting, didn't see any chimera nearby. But must confess I didn't get that on the report. Now I can say there are no none Autumn persons here"

"Well, mundanes wouldn't see them..."

"What am I lookin' at?"

"Well.. the darn house that's what." Gwen says "Is this all just staged or does it come with the furniture?"

"Oh hey, that's original..." She pulls up the little door on the mail slot.

"Floors were restored, lookit... but they're original, too."

"What's that for? " Gwen asks at the little door "Visiting mice?"

"They did paint the bricks..." Nose wrinkle.

"What? Mail!"

Sally Mae chuckles "yes, like your friend noticed, mail. You've a good eye, Miss Thistle."

"And the furniture can be retained as you see it, for a modest additional fee. Quite the bargain actually" Sally Mae says "Some of it is vintage."

"I'm afraid I'd break it" Gwen says touching a chair arm "Okay. Painted Bricks sound tolerable."

"Philistine."

She's running a hand along the window seals.

"Thank god it's not a Roscoe house, or I'd get no end of it" Gwen looks heaven ward

"Ha!"

"Obviously, if you purchase the house" Sally mae says "You'll be able to remove the paint if you want. And some furniture is sturdier than it looks." The window seals seem good. Should hold the temp steady

"You might like this room, Gwen" Sally Mae leads her onto the blue one (Thistle can follow, keep checking things out here, or check out other parts of the house on her own)

"Okay, I love this room" Gwen says as she settles gently into a sofa

Thistle is grumbling about the paint, but mostly to herself.

She could improve this.. so much

Sally Mae says "It's great when you want to let the sunshine in. But as you can see by the blinds, how much gets in is up to you"

Then, daring to open the Pandora's box that is Thistle's creative genius, she whispers to Thistle while in the kitchen "I like those patterns, but the surplus of white makes it look a bit.. bland?"
