Frank takes the documents to Vali but not before spending enough time with them that his memory is refreshed.

He's fine with dropping them off with Tiffany, if she forbids Vali to come to the door.

Frank will also want to text Anne Marie to see if Bunni has contacted her, after a decent interval.

Vali has been released on parole, and he takes the papers, he looks much refreshed. In his free hand he has Theon bouncing up and down "Thanks for these, Frank"

"Welcome. Hope they help." a pause "You don't think the Thomases should be told?"

A frown "I think they'll be angry with us if we take action or don't. What we have to ask is, if Adam is in danger, would telling them make his rescue easier, or harder? Assuming he can be rescued at all?"

Frank nods. "Symon has gone to find Lily, on Brekke's orders. To tell her. Warn her, based on what you have said." Another pause "I can tell you that if it were Jess and Siv.... no power on earth or in the Dreaming would save someone who hid this kind of information from me."

"I can handle Kyle if it comes to that, but you have a point. How about we tell them once we're sure OUR Rescues are already in motion? "

"Up to Brekke." another pause "Something about the account there is.... ringing a bell in the back of my head but I can't make it out yet."

"Oh... I set Bunni up with a tab at the C-store with Jaymes, and Anne Marie is working her magic to get her into a room. And she has a phone now, with Anne Marie's and my numbers in it. Connor recognized her at the C-store, though, and mentioned Adam's name. The wrapping is coming off this package."

"mm keep me posted if it does," Not a request but polite tone "Good helping Bunni. So we have a security leak with the childlings. Joy"

"Connor was, I think, understandably confused. He had no warning."

"The more people know the messier this will get." he predicts.

"I would say that's an axiom yeah. In this case, the Thomas' keeping distance from us means they'll get that leak slower than most, unless Lily finds out and maybe even then. Frankly, I have to wonder if Lily knows more than we do"

"No 'unless' about it; Symon's gone to tell her. Perhaps she does know more and that's why she hasn't been around."

"Brekke wants to go find him. Adam."

"The Chief's been away a lot" Troubled by that

"Mm."

"Is she getting itchy for quests you think? Is this a troll midlife crisis?" a bit of humor mixed with the concern

Frank grunts. "We passed that in the Dreaming, came back with Siv." a thinking beat "Do you think the items coming from that cloak have meaning? Or just... random fragments of Adam's memories and background?"

"I've been reading them, omens and the like... they seem random, but they do catch our attention don't they? Is that chance? If it were memories I have to wonder wonder why not more art of the women in his life? Dagmar ,Piper, and yes Nab herself? The boy did love the ladies. Only Siv, but that was her on a ship. Maybe it's the transport that's the point"

"I have the impression they didn't get along that well. He -did- tend to implode relationships. Does." Frank looks conflicted.

"Trust me, I kick myself for not pushing harder for squireship while there was still time to maybe guide him. That's not just on him, that's on me. But yeah, I think Dagmar would rather eat dirt than spend ten minutes with him . Love Dag, but when you're on her list you stay on it." He ponders "Lord August's notes indicate Bondraste spoke to him last... good find by the way" He ponders "I think that's one relationship he didn't implode. That old woman loves the boy deeply as family. "

Frank tilts his head. "What... what were his last words, before he left? Something about... what he planned to do?"

"Last words before he went into the Dreaming? Or last words to me? I don't remember either to be honest"

"One I wasn't there for"

"Mm. Does it say anything in the notes? That bell is getting stronger."

"It'll be towards the back."

"His last words would be to Sir Magnus and Dame Bondraste. PRivate meeting it reads?"

"Mm. I thought they might have told Lord August, for the records. Perhaps he redacted that."

"More of a vague 'he was on a mission to win his true love and make amends' is what I've got" He says "Baron August also mentions he disagreed with Sir Bachdion over the situation. I think the betrayal of love is bigger to Fiona than it is to Liam.. House wise anyway"

Frank clears his throat and gives Vali a very old, even ancient, look.

"Maybe so."

"Don't look at me, I'm Beaumayn" he shrugs "We've got both houses as Allies and neither of you listen to us enough"

Ahem "That aside... Adam stepped into it."

"And now is trying to step out of it, but appears to have hit an ugly snag. But at least he saved his lady. Which.. well that's not nothing? Best guessing here"

"He must have found her, or he could not have pushed her here." Frank says logically.

"I agree... but he has to be in trouble or he'd come with"

"Impossible to say what's going on where he is, without more information. Although I agree, more likely than not if he -could- come with her, he would."

"Still not sure how she's human" A troubled look

"Her chimerical form was, I thought, destroyed? From the notes, that's what I gathered. Not hard to see how he was confused at her return."

"Well, she was a sword" he looks over notes "Damn, not sure if she was a chimerical sword"

"What happened to the sword? Did he get it during the Saining?"

"You know as well as i on that"

"I believe he took the sword into the dreaming with him"

"So no way to check, now. Mm. A chimera destroyed, returning in, -maybe- chimerical or physical form. And we have no way of finding out."

"Well , Bunni sure seems a true Daughter of Eve. Kenning shows her as such"

"What ever she was before, THAT is unheard of"

"Same could be said for the Thomases, Adam included."

"We could ask someone at EarthRunes who might know more about the sword. He did not have it while he was here."
