Jonas looks over at Piper "do I need to hum for you more often?"

"How about we sing in the shower as a duet?" She grins up at him. "But first... let's get her over to Goldfinch?"

"Goldfinch? Mmm.. I think it is closer..." He nods

"Goldfinch?" Sunny asks

"A holding... it has secrets you must protect. I'll be happy to induct you more into our rules. the Escheat"

Jonas looks at Piper "But Piper or Sylvi will be the ones to brrag about the place"

"You can tell her the rules on the way over." Piper grins. "Jonas is great at that part."

"Ha. Why the furk not... I'll grab somethings.. oh I'll need my furking sewing kit... and matierals..." She starts to pack then stops "Whatt about my kid?"

Piper BLINKS. "There's a kid here too? Where is the little tyke?"

The 35 year old nockerr looks embarrassed, "Well, iI knnow the place is small, so I can see why you're surprised.."

"No, I mean, you should have seen my apartment before the current one, it was a shoebox!"

"Bit tight" Jonas says "But then I'm big."

"How old is your kid? We can bring them with us, Goldfinch has enough space to keep muggles and magics apart..."

"Just turned 13 " She answers

"Thirteen?" Jonas says

"I'm 35, got married young" she says "Math it out"

"Lucky age!" Piper grins. "Can we meet 'em?"

"Supposed to be home soon..." A worried look

"He's not dumb. Are you sure he'll not see..." She gestures to her face markings "this?"

"You didn't see any of this..." Gesturing to herself and Jonas, "Before you became one of us, so don't worry about it. Although, it does tend to run in the family..."

"Wait, you mean he might be like... me? "

"More likely blooded, kiniann, but don't get your hopes up.. it often skips for generations"

"Oh well that might be for the best. He dosn' need weirdness"

"Everyone needs a little weirdness in their lives, if you ask me."

"The divorce has been hard on him" She explains

"And the move"

"Ouch, that sounds rough. But onward to better things, right?"

the door swings open, and the teen age boy with scrrufy hair enters in "hey mom I..."

And just like that, the boy walks through some of the stray glamour and echants with surprising ease.

Nocker blood shines in him, not so much as spirals over all his body, but his cheek has a spiral like birthmark only other ennnchanted can see

Piper whispers up at Jonas, "Let's bring them both, yeah?"

"Holy SHIT.. allens! Moher fucking aliens!"

"MIKE, watch your furkin langauge!" His mom says

"This way, we'll explain"

Jonas assures and tries to carrol

Piper realizes that the kid IS a 13 year old boy, and gives him a cheeky smile and a wink. "I'm not an alien, but I would like to be your friend. My name is Piper, and we're new friends of your mom. She was going to come and meet another friend of ours, but of course we were waiting for you as well."

She's not high on sex appeal or anything like some other bombshells, but she IS cute...

He grins "Oh... sure, Piper.. you know..." He leans against the door frame annd tries to flex his 13 year old frame "Any friend of mom's..."

Sunny grabs her son and guides him outside

Piper covers up her grin. "Let's roll."

And they do...
