"I think you're perfect." Piper says, with a bit of a goofy grin.

"you're deluded, but it's good for my ego" She smiles and walks along

Piper keeps an eye out, glancing from side to side, eager to find something worth speaking of.

"Hey, Siv" An Eshu boy waves from a tree... that he's hanging upside down from

Piper nudges Siv in the side. "Hello there!" She calls to the boy.

"You're not stuck, are you?"

Siv chuckles "Hi, Malcolm"

"Me? Noooo" the boy insists "Juust the blood maybe runnningg to my head" He admits

Piper laughs. "Well, don't stay there too long, or your legs will fall asleep and you WILL be stuck."

Siv says 'Here, let me give you a push and you can try again"

"Okay" Malcolm says and he gets a swing up "Whooooa"

and grins

"How's your mother?" Siv asks

"She's okay" A nod

"Fair, tell her I said hI "Siv moves on "His mother's a piskie, rather down to Earth lady despite the grabby hands" she explainns

"Grabby hands?" She says, innocently, and gooses Siv as soon as they're around the corner and out of sight of the childling.

"ACK!" A jump

"Piskies tend to steal" she says after her jump

"Now... come on.. " She guides her on, "Not sure you've met Dockery? He's a dreamer, so mum's the kithain terms"

A GRIN. "Oh, I know that. I just was taking advantage of your turn of phrase." She shakes her head. "Is he related to Hickory or Dickory?"

A roll of her eyes, "Neither nnor is he a Doc" A grin "C'mon.. you'll love this guy."

Grinning back and following along. "Patrols are a breeze!"

"Don't. Jinx. It" She warns but smiles as they come to an old house... of muted yellows. Her face falls "Oh dear... this needs tending"

Looks like the rain and storms earlier knocked a few things about. Siv immediately ets to work cleaning itu p

"Looks a bit rough." Piper says, quietly though so that the owners won't hear. She moves over to start clearing some smaller branches off the porch.

"It is.. I keep meaning to paint it" Siv admits

A voice calls "Who's out there?"

"Dockery, hey, it's Siv. "

'Oh'.. come on in"

The door opens, and Siv motions PIper to join her as they come in.

She steps into the doorway as well, unsure what she's going to find.

She turns around, wide eyed at the treasure trove of dross... more than that, it's history.

"Welcome to the glorious mess that is time collected" Dockery grins. The man is mortal, but he looks old enough to maybe have seen World War 2.. at least as a child "I got some junk you wouldn't believe"

"Piperr's into music" Siv smiles "If you want to impress her..."

"Oh hell, I got 8 track tapes. You know what those are?" Dockery grins

"I've heard OF 8 tracks..." She admits, "But I DO know that Vinyl has a great sound that streaming or CDs can't match."

"Oh come here, this is file for you..." He leads her to an old green filing cabinet, but instead of files, it has... Vinyl records... "Now ignore the bottom row, that's just covers... but ... feel free to put one of the others on"

The first one she sees in the file is ... the Dark Side of the Moon, Pink Floyd. No mistaking the prism album cover. First print

She draws back, checking to see if there's a protective cover before daring to touch.

Nope

"Life is risk" Dockerery grins

"Go on, play it."

With great care she lifts out the record and runs light fingers over the cover. "You can't FIND these..."

"You don't say?" the old man smiles
