Lulu nods "Dolly might knnow how you feel. a bit. It's hard when folks judge you as an 'other' isn't it?"

"Dolly is special. No one else looks quite like her. She has her own shape." Connor says, admiringly. "Things are boring if everyone was all the same."

"They would." Dagmar agrees.

"She really is a good fighter, yeah."

"AAND..." Lulu scratches Connnor behind annn ear "While there are many warriors among the garou, there is only one Dolly. Just like there's only one Connor the magical boy who makes others smile and has a pure heart and a mighty howl"

"Can you be a warrior if you don't want to fight?" He asks.

Lulu ponders "I don't think Dolly wants to fight, she has a lot of rage, but I think part of why she's angry is bad people make it so she has to fight she'd prefer to be at peace. So yes, I guess you can be a warrior if you don' want to fight" Lulu says "Also, warriors aren' the only brave ones"

"You could be a warrior for other things, though, maybe? Like... like for, dunno, the heart or the spirit?" BLUSH. "It sounds cheesy, kinda, but.. like.. like how Kerri has a way of making you feel better?"

"Oh yes" Lulu nods "There are battles... of the spirit, of ideals, and sometimes against despiar"

Tove is looking at Lulu, and something is registering in he eyes. Approval of some sort? but for what?

"And you, Connor, are really good at chasing away sadness. That's a gift, isn't it? Fighting a different kind of monster."

"Oh, that's not fighting. That's just what you DO. Because you gotta."

She shrugs. "Just.. just a thought."

"I think Dagmar is right," Lulu says "You say gotta, but that just means you feel you must... the best warriors are like that, they fight to help because they 'gotta'" She nods

She chews on a hangnail and nods.

Lulu nods "For example, Dagmar yeets not because she wants to hurt anyonne, she Yeets for justice. Lupe says so, and Lupe is very wise"

"Oh jeez."
