Zane ponders "Actually, I'd like to unstake him " eyinng the vampire "Not here. I knnow a place. And I can ask questions . Make him see me as his boss. I thinkn he has a boss"

"He has a boss." Connor pipes over to Zane. "You can tell, because he wanted hotsausages."

"You know? Then you send a letter that's all newspapers and ask for something random."

"With news of Balmy C out, I doubt folks would CARE if Vampires were real" A shake of his head

"Yes, Prissy is very shaken by the news. Not sure why she likes her" Anne Marie nods then gets back on topic "Zane, do your questioning. I leave it to you"

"Grreat!" he grins

"But before you do it, I WILL Send Dirk to help you in case you need muscle" SHe adds

Zane looks ready to protest, then nods "Okay"

"Connor" Anne Marie looks at him "Go to the lodge"

He hesitates. "What if Miss Tove comes back, and doesn't have Dogmar here to look out for her and CJ?"

Reluctant to leave guarding the Barn...

"Miss Tove is at the lodge with CJ. Tell you what, take brown dog, two bit, and Odin with you" She nods "I'll help"

"Two bit will come with me, but not Odin. He's his OWN cat."

Despite what he says, with Ann Marie's help, (and Oak to herd the pups!) Connor is soon on his way to the Lodge with the critters.

And off they go...

And Zane gets to interogate a vamp!
