And he puts his big troll man hand on her head and starts to stroke "I shall love her and pet her and I shall call her george"

A laugh! "You can call me George as long as you don't forget to call me. Thank you, by the way, for agreeing to come tomorrow. It wouldn't be the same without you."

"I want to meet the two women that made you who you are, " A nod

"They may argue that Rivervale is what made me more of what I am today." She looks a bit worried for a moment, then shakes it off.

Jonas tilts his head "you've helped make Rivervale better in return"

"It's just... been a while since I've been home. They remember Piper from before. The one who ran off from home to join a tragos, the one who sinned and was punished, and had to be sent away." She sighs. "At the time, I couldn't stand to be anywhere near home. Rivervale was the farthest I could GET and still be in Concordia... but what if they're still mad at me?" A strangely vulnerable look in Piper's face where the confidence normally sits.

"Mad?" He shakes his head, "if they were mad at you before it was only because they were scared for you, people don't like being scared: It frightens you" A stroke along her chin "NOW? they won't be mad. They'll be ovejoyed o see you are happy, and well, annd have found your joy"

“Well they never said that they were mad, but I was just awful to everyone back then. Maybe it's part of being a spoiled teenager, not that that's THEIR fault, but I still feel guilty.”

"Then, apologize. It's obviously a sincere guilt you feel, so, be honest in your regret" He points out "it isn't easy, but it IS simple"
