"Oh you're just being ni-" She stops "Sorry, I guess you would get it." A huff and shake of her head "Yeah, I'll even miss Nadeen. Botth were on the cheer squad, and now both are gone."

"Yeah. Sucks." A nod. She might not be the best at words, but her tone is empathetic. "Which is why it's okay to be mad. Doesn't make you a bitch."

A bit of a smile "thanks. Let's stab at each other like civilized folks while we talk?"

"I'm mad. And sad. But they're my friends, I want them to be happy. So."

"Yeah...so.. we smile REAL Big... even as we want to scream into our pillows" A nod and she takes a fighting stance

"Yeah. Okay, so, you come at me, I'll show you the tricky thing... it's using the attacker's force against them. It's cool..."

She nods, and tries a lunge! She is not strong by troll standards, or as Agile as Siv, but her form is GOOD! She has worked hard to make it so

"Nice! So, if you go to block, then...."

"And then?" She observs following directions

"So you, like, step back with it but redirect..." Showing.

"Whoa" As she loses her sense of direction AND Balance

"Yeah, so now you try!"

And she does, mimicking the movements shown. She actually follows intructions well, probably comes from accomidating Nadeen and Sylvi on the same squad.

A bit too rigid though

Dag gently corrects, positioning Lucia's arm and running it again. Praise of her form, trying attacks that will bring different responses so the boggan's reflexes will be fresh...

It works, and she adapts "It's sort of like dancing, only you stop letting them lead at just the right moment!" She smiles

"And then they fall on their ass." Grin.

"Oh she'll hate that" A wicked smilee

And with that image in her mind, she's REALLY movitated. Dagmar and she practice for a bit longer, and by the time they're ready to take a break, it's clear a certain snooty Sidhe lady is in for a surprise
