"Thank you" She says "I'd like to show yo usomethinng. Actually I'd like to drive you there to see"

"See what?"

"Not a what, a where" she smiles "Sylvi will be staying at a house with Stables"

"Oh. Sylvi. Darkgate, yeah. It's a long drive."

"Well, there IS a trod she will be using to there... and it's not THAT Long compared to what the Mountain drives quite oftenn"

"He's a long haul trucker, sure."

"And I think I am ggoing to help Sylvi visit Rivervale more often"

"Mm.."

"Everybody says stuff like that."

Nadeen pulls out her cellphone "Look, this is the stable"

She looks.

"Fancy digs."

"It is"She says "I'd really like to drive you there, or else maybe take the trod? or...something?"

She offers the phone back.

"It's like... four hours, ain't it?"

"Well, okay yes it's a long ride" She sighs "But I want you to see i when you can? " A breath "I want you to know you're ALWAYS Welcome there"

"It does look nice."

"Thank you" Nadeen says "It is. " a breathe "And there are other reasons to go. Did you know there's a kubera in the area?"

"Yeah? That's cool. I've met one, once. They're really different from glomes."

"Very" Nadeen says "I .. I just.. I don't want to cut off our friendship when I move there" True

Dagmar shrugs. "Nobody wants that."

She pushes a fingertip around on the tabletop, making patterns. "S'just what happens when people move."

"It is.." Nadeen says "But I'm feeling I've been pretty clever geting Sylvi to move in with me"

"It's good you'll have each other. Going to a new place sucks. I'm sure you know that."

"Yes.. I have enough of.. Tanyas memories to know that that smile she put up was kind of fake at times. "

"She was always better at faking it than me, yeah."

"You went through more than she did not that it was fun for her either" a nod "I understand you've got good reasons to dislike uprooting, but... for the first time, I get to choose. I'm not being ORDERED to Arcadia. I'm not being kicked out or commaned to this mortal realm, and I'm not a teenage mortal girl putting o smiles and trying to be OH so perfect so I can latch onto a real home only to move ot another"

"You..." She falters. "You had a home here."

"I did, and it was warm and welcoming and wonderful and I was NO less loved that Sylvi. I know that" She says

"Dagmar, what I'm going tto say is probably going to have you disagree, but I think it's true- Rivervale doesn't need me as much as Silverwolf does. And you? You are going to be great. Even when I'm not right by your side, you are strong, you are beauitful, you are brave, and you are not alone. You have friends like Lupe, Gerd, and.." A sigh "Symon"

"What? I said his name nicely enough.. for me"

"Well... you're surely not huffing at the part about how you're strong beautiful and brave? Because you are"
