Dagmar does go to check on squire, and horses, and goats.

Tiffany is on guard near the critters and nods to her

Connor is untiring, as he trots in circles around the paddock - he was circling the goats earlier, but even the generally docile Nanny and Nonny eventually got tired of THAT. "Hup hup HUP hup hup HUP!"

"Does Squire Connor need a break?"

"Nup nup nup!" A grin!

"Well, okay."

Huff, huff. "Unless...." A nother round "There"... "Are..." "Snacks!"

"He's been a beast" Tiffany says "Doesn't sit, doesn't stay.. just his duty"

"There are snacks."

"Yee!" He cheers and joins Dagmar, catching his breath. "How is Snapple-Monkey?"

"Snow is still sleeping..."

"She should go somewhere warm! I saw on International Geological, there are monkies that swim in big hot pools in the snow mountains! I tried to make one but the hose doesn't go hot, and then it was mud."

He does not seem disappointed by the mud, mind.

"Olgar might take her to the Dreaming."

"I could take her to my friends with a pool. It's warm and they have CHURROS."

Brow furrow.

"Wait... Fenix?"

"Yeah! They have a bird. I have a bird too." He shows her his Gwydion on the tabard. "So that makes us buddies. Also they have a King and I have a King!"

Dagmar smiles a little.

"Guess you do."

"It's a MAGIC pool. You eat too many churros and then it washes away the tummy ache." A glance around,a nd he whispers, "So you can eat MORE."

"Sneaky. We don't have churros but we do have cinnamon rolls."

"Cinnamon rolls are good, but a magical monkey pool is more fun." A grin.

"True. It would be nice if it helped..."

"I can TRY. It's a small help. But it's one -I- can do." His tail wags.

"You are helping. You are keeping the animals safe."

"You guarded them! I am watching them, but you are watching me." He pats her on the arm.

"That's why I came out to see if you needed snacks."

"I DO! You should have snacks too. Your forehead is doing the thing."

"And her neck veins" Tiffany calls out helpfully

"You shouldnt talk about a Ladee's neck." He chortles shaking a finger at Tiffany.

"Hey!"

"Her throat noodles?" tiffany switches up gamefully

She ducks her head down, frowning.

"I like your neck! It's got muscles and turns into shoulder that are big enough to ride on!"

Tiffany ahhhs "Now now... you look lovely, it's just the way you're wearing that stress"

A mumble-shrug.

TIffany's tail drops and she shoots Connor an apologetic look

"I don't know that much Troll yet." He frowns a little. "Can you try in my words?"

"I can listen harder if that helps!"

"I didn't think about how gross my neck looks, sorry."

Tiffany says "It looks gross" LIE then she makes a and there you go gesture, as if to explain

"You look like you have a lot of worry in there. And that makes me worry too,but my neck is skinny."

A rise of purple and a jaw jut.

"How about I get the snacks?" Dag steps quick, retreating.

His tail droops now too. Unsure what to say, and why he can't seem to help.

Tiffany moitons him to go on. She sighs. So much for the Boon

Connor watches her go... and looks to Tiffany, then looks thoughtful. "Maybe some friends would cheer up the Night? Looking out over the trees. "She always likes when her wolfies fly in."
