"Dagmar does that is" A pondering "Is this for Dagmar?"

His cheeks pink! "No!"

"....maybe?"

"I have to find a backup if it don't work. Maybe a card. She always likes my drawings, and not even in a "oh-thats-nice" voice."

"It's okay. She's your knight! And your friend. If boys can cry they can SURE do nice things for friends"

A grin. Jack understands!

"I was thinking... you know those oldy-timey weather things that say how hot it is? With the silver goo? Maybe I can find one of those no one is using."

"I still don't want pink hooves. Back in my old neighborhood that would have gotten my ass kicked and I'm not that .. progress.. that far along yet"

"Phones say how hot it is now. They TALK if you let them."

"A thermometer? "

"The kind with the goooo."

A nod.

"Mars and Venus inside of it. Right!"

"I bet we could find some if we search the right stores and stuff. Old places maybe"

"Oh..." He pulls out his ten (10!) dollar bill. "I have some biscuits to trade. But maybe the farm has one? Unless they just reach out the window and go "HMM TIS COLD TODAY."" In his best Clem impression... which is not very good. But he tried!

He grins "Or the mountain...don't sit on a cold rock, you might get stuck" not the best impression either "Sure,, let's go the farm... hey, if they don't take the money they might take milking a cow or something?"

"Is their mountain the magic man?"

"Yup. The one who has that pipe, but he's not a snow man" He explains

"Oh, I can't ask him. I have to see him LAST." A nod. "It's the rules, you know."

"He has the glue."

"I.. don't understand?"

He pats Jack on the shoulder. "It's okay, I have understanding for both of us!"

he laughs "Well, I'll help . To the farm?"

"Farmward! I have to go to the Arf Rooms later, where my dog friend lives, but I'm visiting my ghost friend too, so I can do that later."

"Lily's weird, even for a girl.. but friends is friends" And off they go

He perks up. He hadn't meant Lily... but that's a bonus! Lily can come to meet his spooky friend too. There will be tea and old biscuits, but they're still crunchy so he likes them okay.
