Dagmar goet the missive to return to the Seer of Caer Falken

She begs a ride from Siv, since it is a bit far to ride.

Siv is like "Huh? Ooh sure sure.." She sniffs under her pits "i'm good"

And soon they're taking the ship

Or car..yeah, car

Car.

Dagmar spends part of the ride shoving empty fast food cups into a plastic bag.

Piper can come!

Dagmar, however, only has a permit.

Siv normally heeds her father's worries about speeding, but feeling her unseelie nature kicking in, she feels a lttle less honorabound. Speed ..LIMITS?

"Nobody puts baby below 55"

"Woof!" Buddy says, but keeps his head inside the window at that speed. He can't wait to get there so he can shake out his ears and tail!

"Right on!"

Nosing around, he finds an abandoned container with a chicken nugget still inside. Delighted cronching. Buddy LIKES this Siv pretty well.

"But still be buckled in there, Connor"

A huff and he flops down.

Licking his chops.

"Maybe we can get McDonalds on the way home."

"Actually if you're hungry we can either get some grub at Caer Falken, or what the hell. I've got a mask. I can get some Nuggets.." Then a grin "Yeah, just what i was thinking"

His tail flashes!

Nuggies and fries!

And off they go

When they arrive, Connor pops back out, wearing his new cloak! He did not take it to school for fear of mussing or staining it, but he wears it proudly now. And will follow along at Dagmar's heels, an obedient squire!

They arrive.. Siv says"Want me to go with you two or just wait here?"

"Up to you."

"Woo!" Connor looks around for the ribbons and flags and streamers and booths, and blinks. "Oh." He has only seen it on Pennons...

Siv yawns , then says "oh why not" She smoothes her tunic. Yeah, that'll do.

And out the three go. Siv waves to the thanes, many of them trolls "Hey Lordic, how's it hanging? We're on our way to the Seer."

'Ah, yes" Lordic says "Dame Dagmar is expected" He bows to both knights and squire "Shall I escort you or do you wish to make your own way?"

"We know the way, but thank you. Don't need to pull your from your duties."

He follows, trying to not show his disappointment.

Though it IS still the county seat... but no, less trussed up today.

"No jugglers?" He whispers, and sighs. "Not even ONE booth with pies..."

"We can get an apple pie and nuggets."

"They have more than nuggets?' Enthralled! She may recall that dogs SELDOM get out for fast food.... he gets Kerri's cooking, yes, but not the same really...

"And french fries. Lots of things."

They make their way Siv looksa round "huh, the thanes are wearing new pants that aren't as tight. I'm gonna lodge a complaint"

"They can move better like that?"

Innocence!

"Oh yes. I find things are faster in some sorts of pants than others" Siv smiles

And they go up the stairs to the Seer's office. It is open a crack, that door. And strange lights flicker

Dag raps gently on the jamb.

"Dame Dagmar? Come in"

"Plus one?"

He asks, tentatively.

"Or two" Siv says

"Goodness. Well, yes. Dame Dagmar and enterogue"

"I've my squire and Dame Siv."

"Yes, well, they're welcome if you wish them " The door opens. The egg is floating in flickering lights. Looks highly polished
