Brekke nods for Frank to let her go.

"Sir Drifala," she says after the departing troll. "Do not return to Rivervale." A simple instruction. No threat, no conditions.

And Sir Drifala says "As you wish... the sluagh hold I helped take desont' realize the Beltaine Blade took it's most precious books nor does it's liege we set in place"

She covers her mouth

Frank removes himself from her path, yes. Her tortured path.

And she turns and goes

Blink blink blink.

"Sorry about that, Squire. My feathers got fluffed, so to speak" The Gwydion Count says then looks to Clem "Chieftain Clem? "

A deep sigh. "Well...I believe I know a sluagh or two who will appreciate that information," she mutters.

Frank follows Drifala away.

Clem was impressed, a bit wigged out but hid it well "Yes, good sir?"

"I appear indebted to Chieftain Brekke. For new reasons. It's just a start, but let me assure you, I will not try for your Farm, and will encourage others of my House to respect it. You may not have signed the accords, but honor need not be a contract on paper nor even an oath." He says

Brekke nods approval at the Count's words.

"I think that's for the best, Gwdyion Lord" She nods "And yes, we have problems. We're working o nit. And you may not know it, but your words help me and my folk. We can be better now that we see you can be ... well, pure of heart"

The Count grins then looks about "I was just a teensy bit spectacular here wasn't I? I mean, not Wolfsblood or Shacklebreaker or Autumnsbane spectular... but a teensy bit eh?"

"I am impressed, Excellency," Brekke nods. "I believe that, when you find it, you have the potential to be a fine lord to the people of your land...and a fine member of Parliament."

"Thank you, Bar..ah Chieftain Brekke. Now I have but ONE request before I go off to my own adventures wiser for the journey?" He says

A hint of a grin. "I suspect that request may have something to do with cake?"

Connors tail wags!

"It does and... to show I have not lost all ambition" A lower voice "Perhaps a to go box when I depart?"

Clem raises a brow and whispers to Kerri "This boy is not dumb"

“You might have a better visit to the Farm if you come invited.” He remarks. “They have this fudge there, I like the one with walnuts...”

Kerri smiles. "I can certainly arrange that. Chieftain Clem, Teesha, you will join us? Ah, where is Dame Dagmar?"

“BUT.” He warns, “you’d have to do chores. Wash out an ENTIRE fudge pan, and dishes from lunch besides.”

"I'm down with the cake" Teesha says

“My Dagmar? I can find her?”

"Oh! Right..." she fishes out her phone and sends a text to Dagmar as they head back inside.

He sighs as he watches the phone.

And a very nice and tastysend off for the Count will occur.
