Adam looks up, but hands off the bags. "Thanks. See ya, man."

"If you're sure" Jimmy says "Thanks for getting more snacks"

"No prob." Adam gets back in. "Your place?" to Symon.

He watches the lights for a moment, listening to the music. A small sigh. "Yeah, I got lots of games."

"Hey, man, you want to go back up, you go. I'm good." Sincerely. "Or if you want to go home solo...."

He shakes his head. "No, I wouldn't enjoy it. Just... you know. Sometimes? I wish I could."

Adam nods. "Yeah, I hear that. Sometimes I worry about Lily. But, you know, she -seems- happy?"

"It would be easier, if I enjoyed the shit normal people do. They act like it's not a problem, and they always make some sort of accomodation, but it's... you know, a burden." He frowns. "But it's what I am." A shrug. "Lilly's a good kid. She's got potential. She should see more slugs though. Maybe she could visit Earth Runes, they have this library that my kith-cousin maintains..."

"Yeah. Well, she'll get Sained and get to travel, I guess." Adam puts the car in gear and drives away. "And, hey.... consideration for your friends isn't a burden. If it is, they aren't your friends."

"Yeah, but that doesn't mean I -like- it."

"Well... I don't really get it but ok."

"That's okay. If everyone understood me, I'd not be mysterious and gloomy." A thin smile.

"Yeah, that is kind of your vibe." Adam agrees.

Adam drives quietly, whereas he might otherwise have chatted or asked questions. He parks in front of the Lee home. "You still good to hang for a while?"

"If you wanna, sure."

"Yeah. Cool." Maybe hanging out with a moody unseelie slug is where he's at tonight.

He DOES have a number of games. And after seeing that Adam seems completely nonplussed by Silent Hill and Resident Evil... "I just keep this around because it's an antique..." He pulls out an SNES and loads up Street Fighter, the sound turned down. And they can fight it out!

It's as good as anything else; Adam hangs out and plays until late after texting his folks to let them know where he is.

"It might be embarrassing... but if you ever want to sit in on any of the lessons I have with Lilly? If it's not slug specific shit, you can watch. Call it babysitting or something. You know she won't tell anyone." He offers. "And a lot of it is stuff any fae has to know."

"Magic, you mean?"

Eyes on the screen.

"Yeah, sounds good. Let me know when."

And he executes a three hit combo! "And that's why you don't try to best Guile with Blanka."

"Shit." Disgusted.

He snickers. "While you were out partying, I mastered the blade." And another round! Adam can crash there if he likes - there's a couch up stairs, and a Boggan who would LOVE to cook breakfast for someone other than a distracted surgeon, an empty pit that may as well be eating the plate, and the teen who wants the stuff from last week.

Adam will decline with good manners, and make his way home to curl up in his own bed, perhaps with Chimerical company.

But at least, in the morning, he gets back OUT of bed; patrol, combat training, and some of his own-assigned homework along with Knight's Heart rides await.
