"For daaaays..." As he goes on, putting his own touch on the blows and grapples. Dagmar can almost imagine the panels in the comic book of her mind!

"Sort of like Frank and Olgar..."

"Ha, Ileave it to you to plays what part there... they battled for days and .." he finishes up explaining how they became friends and Gilgamesh came out of his rage and they became good friends "Friends so close that when one died.. the other would defy the world to save th.oh but I'm getting ahead of myself"

"I promise," he smiles then looks down at CJ who has passed out, "Well, at least one of my grand children likes my stories," A smile at Dagmar "Thank you, Dagmar."

"You tell great stories."

"So - how's Myrtle Ann?"

A grin "Short."

"So is that answer."

"Ha. A point for a sly tongue there," He nods and while his grin shifts to a mere smile, his smile does still shine and his eyes light up "I do like her, but I worry she may not know what she's getting into. We trolls are slow to fall but when we fall we often are..well, quite fixed. I don't want to scare her off, you know?"

"Well, yeah."

"But I don't think you should be afraid of being happy."

"I mean - I'm afraid of a lot of things, but taking a chance has usually paid off with fae."

"Mmm yes, I guess maybe I should be as brave as my grand daughter eh?"

"Oh who me? " He rocks his sleeping grandson, "CJ isn't that loud"

"He's only loud at 2 AM"

A deep chuckle "Well, I hope to date her again, yes. I was trying nto to seem too pushy. Oh, and I'm helping her with her business a little, setting it up."

"Oh true, and not everyone can afford modern medicines ..though she warns folks she does not sale snake oil and nothing beats a good doctor. She's really rather versed" he admits

"YOu'll love that!" he says "Of course, you know that downside?"

"No escaping Odin's opinions then" A glance at the cat on the couch ledge

She snorts and grins.

"No escaping them NOW."

"Mrow" Odin declares as if agreeing

Odin has been a bit more affectionate (or demanding) of affection, since CJ arrived. And somehow is never in the same part of the house at 2 AM as the baby is.

Dagmar, of course, provides.
