A shrug. "Them's the draw!"

"Yeah." He glances out the window.

Movement at the apartment complex doorway. The sound of laughter. Two male figures exit, and head towards a pickup that has seen better days. A somewhat worn confederate flag sticker is on the bumper, and the back hitch sports a pair of rubber testicles, in case anyone doubted the masculinity of the driver. A rattle as a case of PBR empties is tossed into the bed, and they get into the cab.

A slender hand snakes across to pluck at Adam's sleeve, and Lovecraft stirs on his lap. "That's them!" He hisses.

"Yeah?" His look darkens. "Now?"

"Follow them..." Leaning forward in the seat, eyes narrowed.

The truck pulls out of the lot, and starts down the road.

Adam nods, turns the key, leaves the lights off for a bit, and rolls after them.

Symon leans forward, eyes locked and hands pressed onto the dash.. "Don't let them get away."

The roads are empty, it's easy to see the truck accelerating down the road - a slight waver, and they blow past a stop sign.

"Cool your tits, They aren't getting away....." Adam chooses a moment to pop on the lights just before he follows around a corner, does a rolling stop at the sign, and follows them.

The truck wobbles over the center line, then back again. An empty can tossed out the passenger side window clatters across the road in front of Adam's car, then out of sight. Even the cops aren't out right now, it seems.

Symon's eyes are narrowed. "Run them off the road."

"Dude. I'm not a stunt driver......" but the car accelerates anyway.

Symon's eyes go a bit darker and he rattles the dice in his hands, muttering something under his already faint breath. The road ahead of the truck almost seems to shimmer as though with a heat mirage, and shadows waver. "If you can pull up alongside them and crowd them towards the edge..." A turn is coming up.

"Jesus, dude......" but he tries it!

"That's your role, not mine." He says, snickering. (roll it! )

A hiss from Lovecraft, and the effect is doubled as something looms and darkens in the road ahead of the truck - A fleeting figure - a deer perhaps! in front of the intoxicated driver, and with Adam crowding on the side the Truck swerves...

The truck swerves to the right, and Adam is a touch too slow to spin the wheel! A scrape across the driver's side, and Lovecraft yowls in protest - Symon's hand clap to his ears against the sharp noise. But Adam jerks away in time to avoid further damage...

And the truck spins out to the left, hitting a divider and rolling to crunch to a shuddering halt.

"FUCK!" Adam slams on the breaks, staring at the wreck.

On it's side, the wheels spin for a few moments longer, before stilling. Symon winces but does not say anything about the tone, but he gives a sharp hiss of breath. "Fuuuuuck." Looking at the truck, eyes gleaming. "C'mon. This isn't over. We gotta go check it out."

"Dude. We should call someone."

"Let's check it out." He insists.

"The way they were driving, they were bound to hit something. This way it wasn't some soccer mom's SUV filled with kids. " Sliding out of the car, he makes his way over towards the wreck cautiously, Lovecraft trailing behind.

Adam slides out, but grabs his phone and brings up 911.
