She looks uncomfortable for a moment. "I mean... it's not really Pan. I learned a bit of Aphro, from my old Trag'. I've never used it for something, you know... intangible, like to want to TALK about a thing, but it's not, y'know... unrelated, to wanting a thing, is it?"

Zane whistles "Wow, the old Aphodisia and not the summer magic spin off? Darn, coastal types get the best stuff."

Adam looks from one to the other. "What?"

"It's not a very common art in all circles. It's focused on instilling desire, whereas the Gift of Pan is more about releasing inhibitions for something you already want."

"It's the stuff mermaids use to have sailors dive in after them, never mind possibly drowning.. that's more extreme mind you, but that's it's famous sort"

Adam flashes a grin at Piper "Sounds cool, but it's not like you need it."

Thoughtful again. "If you thought she really did WANT to tell you, then I could work on that, if maybe she just had some other reason preventing her from talking about it, like maybe she's afraid of hurting your real Dad's feelings if you were talking about the bio-dad? That I could work on with a little gee-oh-pee."

Nab pouts "I wish I could just help my way. I feel like my culture is being oppressed"

She pats her lap, inviting the little demoness to hang out with her.

Adam shrugs. "I stopped asking about it years ago, because it doesn't really matter to me. My dad's my dad. She shut me down hard the last few times I asked and I didn't have a reason to rock the boat....." He trails off, watching the girls.

"Shut down hard doesn't sound like she wants to talk... " Zane mmmph

"Well, it comes down to two basic options then, if we involve your mom. One is to work some magic or let Nab do her thing, and find out that way. The other would be just to try again. Talk to her, tell her, I dunno... you're older now, and you feel like you need to connect with where you came from, or something like that. It's not really FALSE, is it? I mean, even if he's not your Dad-dad, you DO want to know about your Sidhe heritage, it sounds like. And maybe we can help set a mood where she'd be more receptive to talk, if you wanted." A sigh. "Or... maybe someone else has other ideas, but that's all I can think of off the tip of my horns."

She plays with Nabuni's hair with a fingertip, lightly curling it around a pinky. "You seem a bit bigger than the last time I saw you. Not to comment on a gal's figure."

"She's taller." Adam confirms. "From what happened this morning."

"Hmm. Sounds like StrangerDanger left a little juice behind."

"It's propertional" A smile then a sigh "if only I were five four"

The little succubus does enjoy the touch

Adam drifts off again, watching.

A laugh! "If only -I- were Five foot four! Then Zane couldn't use extortion I wanted something off the top shelves."

"Short people got no reason..." Zane sing songs.. but grins

"Nab's taller, my bed's new, my folks look younger, stronger......we just don't know if it will all last."

"Yeah, I could dwindle" Nabuni says

To Zane. "Have you talked to your dad about it yet? Maybe he knows something that might help. I mean, he's like, super-smart. Or maybe that nice boggan lady - Anne Marie? Does she have any way to look into old records, maybe? Either fae-side or mortal...." A shrug.

"Dad is a master of chincanery, he could make the pope believe he's Al Capone"

"Don't you dare dwindle! You're too good for Adam, you keep him from being a tragically typical sulky emo kid. If you ever need juice, doll, you can visit me. I'd actually love to try a ride-along sometime... but that's neither here nor there."

Adam's eyes go wide.

"Oh I like you" She beams!

Adam shoots a look at Zane.

Zane gives a hapless shrug

A second Look, and a glance at the door.

Adam can easily imagine a full grown Nabuni cuddling with Piper...

It's all he can do not to whimper....

Zane is not looking, and , he's also lucky enough not to have been through a certain strange 'is it dream isit real' moment where Nab was smoking and full sized

Adam gives Zane another Look-door-LOOK.....

Mouthing "WHAT?'

"'Scuse me just a second, ladies, Zane can I talk to you outside......." Adam takes his friend by the arm and they step into the hallway.

"Think they can hear us?" He looks at the other side of the door.

They head out and he closes the door "Not if we whisper. Dude? The horns, not ESP equipped" He whispers

"Dude..... Nab and I totally did it, a lot, this morning while I was Sidhe and she was full-sized. I really care about her, I didn't think I would but..... but I also want to ask Piper out. I kinda feel like Nab would be ok with that."

"DUDE.. you lucky..."

"Sshhhhh!" He reminds Zane. "Anyway.... Nab hitching a ride in Piper's head? DUDE......"

“Hey guys? Not to interrupt bro time, but I think I gotta be heading home.” She calls through the door.

"I get why that would ..."

"Damn." Muttered, then "Ok, sure." He nods to Zane and then opens the door.

"Hey!" Brightly, smiling.

"Sorry about that" He says to his cousin "See you later, PIper"

She gives Nab a friendly smooch on the top of the head before letting her up, and stands. “Think about those options, okay?” To Adam. “And stay safe.”
