In the darkened shadows of the boathouse, Sylvi reluctantly parts from Colton's lips to look at the text she just got from her mother. "Oh! The Chieftain's back. And...oh, Colton, Emmit's hurt. We need to go in."

"Shit.." then "I'm sorry, just feeling abit selfish." He Admits...

She smiles up at him. "Good." Then a sigh. "But they need me." Apologetically...with perhaps a side of prima dona.

"Where as I only want you, burn for you, " Hungry eyes, then a smile, "Go on... I will find you later. Find you, steal you away, and do things to you that ...." and he leaves it there adding "Well, I leave the rest to your imagination."

A shuddery, pleased breath. "Ohhh, yes, please!" she agrees with enthusiasm, but then texts her mother that she's on her way. A quick, resounding kiss, and then she's hurrying back to the Lodge.

He watches her go.. wanting her very very badly. Fortunately there's some cold snow to help..cool down now that he's on fire again. His mind drifts to thinks seelie him wouldn't consider doing to his lady. Another breath, and he gets ready to cool off then follow

As the folk head back in, there is a ringing neigh of welcome - or challenge - or just for ATTENTION - from the Paddock!

Predictably, after de-armouring, showering, reassuring parental units and devouring some pizza rolls... Dagmar is there to provide attention!

Stormwake's MANE is nearly gone...

"Oh, Stormwake!" She cries out in alarm.

Stormwake sees her distress, and quickly puts his head and neck into her arms even if this is mortifying

She makes soothing noises and pats his neck.

The stallion doesn't mind the wounds, and he has those. Heck, ready to rock. Check out these bite scars? Muy macho

but the mane hurts

"You are still handsome. And I know you were very brave."

Ears perk at that. He likes that, then a head bob. Stormwake agrees

A brief stamp as he explains the ferocity of his battle, he lowers his head , even if it's still in her arms, then straightens it in a charge pose. A nostril flare to show how jazzed he was! It was a battle , and only a warhorse such as he would face a dragon unflinching!

"VERY brave." She agrees.

And there was this barding.. it's gone now but he looked fabulous in it....like he was wearing diamond armor!

She climbs a few boards before vaulting over the fence and into the paddock. "Somebody deserves an apple. And a brushing."

OH yes. Can a horse lick lips? Yes

She holds out a shiny red fruit for 'somebody' to take.

A crunch as equine teeth bite into the skin

"Good boy." Pat. And then it is time for brushes and currycombs... every speck of dust and sweat to be soothed away.

And she may just put the horse to sleep. Being a steed of heroic legend is exhausting work.

Which is alright. She gently leads the drowsy stallion to his stall.
