"Naaaah." As if anything could touch him!

"Were you SCARED?" Eyes large

"Angry, mostly. No one hurts my friends. Or my family."

He gets hugged

He hugs her back. "Shrimp."

"Oh, Hi Nab" Lily waves

"Ffft." But he grins.

"So you need your mace back to fight the bad monsters with?"

"Like a wizard?" Lily is not convinced her brother is getting cooler by the minute

"Neat..." She smiles "like me and the cards"

"Cards?"

"Yeah.. so you can read about things" She says "I can use go fish cards but dad's old solitaire deck he gave me works best. I can omen stuff."

Nab whispers "Someone's teaching your sister Soothsay?"

Adam blinks. "That's....pretty awesome, Lily. Uh. Who's teaching you?"

"You didn't say who gave you the glow" Lily remembers
shadylady 1:32pm
"Uh. My friend from school. Uh, Sam."

"Sam... the basketball girl?"
shadylady 1:34pm
"Yeah."

"neat. She is nice?"
shadylady 1:42pm
"Yeah, she really is. Uh. Most of the time, yeah.")

"Good." SHe says "Anyway I feel better knowing you can protect us. Thanks, Adam."

"Yeah, yeah." He gives her a push. "Listen, there are rules, ok? Cant talk about this stuff."

"I know. I got told. But you were glowing so it was okay I figured" She says but turns to go to her room.

Adam lets her go.

And she walks off "Miss Primbriar, Adam's a hero-wizard" And goes into her room

Nabs says the last

"Yeah. Hey, Nab, I better find Lucia. You wanna come?"

"Sure" She says

"You wanna ride inside?" He offers, pointing to his ear.

"Yeah? Yeah" And she pours into his head "Yay" POP

Adam sets out for the family restaurant.

The restaurant doesn't seem too busy.

Adam looks around with a bright grin from Nab's contribution, for Lucia or her parents......

Not hard to find Lucia. She's often waitressing.

Adam waves at her, and takes a seat (unless it's a hosted restaurant, in which case he waits to be seated).

It's hosted, and but she approaches "Adam? " Surprised to find him alone "What are you doing here?"
