"I wonder how Connor will react" Tove says a bit worried

Dag frowns briefly, a crease between her eyebrows.

"Bet they miss you lots."

She waves a hand dismissively. "Oh, Momma Vera is going on about how they're gonna turn my room into a studio, but I don't know if they really meant it. They HAVE a studio already that they share, and even though they're always bickering about space and whose-stuff-goes-where I think they like it. Yeah, they worry about me... but. This is good. Rivervale is... it's really great. Dragon and all. I like it here."

She considers before replaying. "Well, I'm glad you like it here. We like having you here."

Tove nods "I'll tell Anne Marie about your moms"

She gives both Dagmar and Tove a grin and a thumbs up. "Maybe you can show me a few tips on how to play this lovely thing." Showing off the ocarina to Dagmar. "I'm glad to help out in return. It looks liek you have construction handled, but I can probably pound a nail or two, or help hang curtains, or something. Keep busy, they say."

"Busy isn't bad. You should try out for track. May and Lupe are on the team, too."

"May runs, Lupe jumps."

"And you throw! Sure, I'll look into that. And maybe archery too. Oh, but I should get going. I told Auntie Em I'd be back for dinner."

"Sure thing. See you at school? Lunch?"

"I'll be happy to give you a few tips later"

"Yes, yes, and yes thank you!" She leaves the tea for Tove, waves, and heads out!

"I like her, she's nice" Tove says

Jaymes grunt shrugs ("Seems okay")

"Yeah, she is." Another frown.

("She's got troubles")

"mmm?" ("She need help?")

"Mm." ("Not sure yet.")

"She's.. in trouble?" Tove tries to read the grunt

"Something back home, I think."

"Well, if she needs it and we can, we'll help her" Tove says

"And the She-Shed is setting up nicely" She admires

"Next we get a He-Hut" Jaymes says

Tove rolls her eyes

"...Daughter-den?"

That actaully gets a soft laugh from Tove and.. did Jaymes chuckle?

"I mean, since we're planning."

Jaymes scratches his chin ("Maybe one day. Not a bad plan")

Tove nods "Honestly, as good as Dagmar is getting she might be able to make one to her ideals one day"

"Maybe. But, well, I like my bedroom."

"I do like your balacony" Tove says "It's a lovely room."

She nods.

Jaymes ahems ("Even lovlier when it's picked up") an a wink

"Hmph."

Tove says "Well... I think you both worked hard today so enjoy your fritters and clean up"

"Yes'm."

Tove kisses her between the horns and then kisses Jaymes on the lips.

"Ack." With some humor.

"mm" Jaymes says happily.

"Hee" ("I win") Tove gloats and heads back inside

"Mmm" ("She's catching on") Impressed Jaymes looks to Dagmar

Nods. ("Seems so.")

Brow knit ("We may have to get sneakier to get a word in edge wise") joking

Snerk.

"Don't worry, Odin'll fill in the silence."

A meow from the window

"He's good."

"Sixth sense." Nod.
