*Kay* And Adam is there.

The woods are as lively and sparkling as possible as colors start to spread

Adam waits.... how much he might see at this point could be in doubt.

And Zane comes up, "Thanks, dude. How you doing btw?"

(Pause)

"Kay. So what's up?"

"The gloaming... the gang wants me to come up with ideas for the next one. So... I thought you might have a few ideas"

"Me?"

"Dude, why not you? I mean you've got opinions on music and stuff like anyone else right?"

A shrug. "Not for this crowd, no. I mean... I like what's popular and you do better with the .... you know."

"So what's popular? Dude... you being kinain is not a problem with this. Kinain are invited when Enchanted"

"Yeah. Ok. Uh.... " He lists a few popular songs. ".... but it depends on what mood you want, right?"

"Right.. and that's the ohter thing... I'm trying to figure out the mood we're going for... dark and edgy, lit up and fast paced? "

He shrugs. "I dunno."

"Oh? Huh welll.. .as far as places go.. our options are this deserted Church... or we can hang at the firehouse that's closed because the electricty is off"

"Church has electricity?"

"Does..for now"

"Well. Guess it kind of all goes together. If you need electricity, go with the Church. If you can do candles or whatever and acoustic.... use the firehouse."

"Firehouse has a pole, those are fun. Mmm maybe one of hte nockers can get a generator"

"Maybe."

"You want to go right ? I mean, you know you're invited?"

"Didn't want to assume. Thanks, though."

"You're welcome, dude. " A grin "how is things with your 'whapwhap' lessons with Dags and Tove?"

"Dunno."

"Oh?"

"Nah. Sam ghosted me. So."

"Ghosted you? Oh... dude, that's not ghosting you, they're on a quest"

"Huh?"

"Yeah, Siv and Dagmar and Symon are all missing... some quest I think. "

"You think?"

"Yeah. I don't know the details but yup."

"Like.... last minute? Sudden?"

"I think without warning pretty much. Anne Marie is in a tizzy about Symon. Not sure he took his inhaler"

"Huh. Kay."

"Yeah... wish I knew more"

Adam shrugs, super cool. "Well.... whatever. I tex.... when did she ... wait, what quest, where? "

"In the Dreaming probably, which means it could be pretty much anywhere , anywhen, anydream"

"When did she, uh, they... go?"

"Not sure... but few days? Maybe?"

(Bubbles are a hell of a drug)

"Just, like... we had a really good day and then... nothing. No texts, no calls.... I haven't even seen her in school. Or anyone else, really. You.... well, that's it."

"Oh dude. Sam would not do that.. I mean, honor is like her mantra ..duty and so on. She's got to be out of cell range, like in Narnia or something"

"Guess."

"Yeah, but a guess is the best I can give" A shrug
