"I can't believe you did that..." Vali gapes at his girlfriend.

"Did what?" Tiffany says, "I told you the house was an abomination."

"I'm talking about what you did in the front yard"

She stops and looks over at him. The pooka's ears rise slightly and she gives him a LOOK.

"Well, no not that I meant what you did to the ...it was a slaughter"

"There was a squad of hostile forces, they were a threat to our American way of life and had to die. I'm a soldier, you knew that" The pooka explains.

"They were pink flamingo decorations and the real estate agent is going to think a PACK of dogs went in there and maimed everyone of them" Vali states

"The realtor doesn't have clearance for operation beautification" Tiffany says "Besides, it should sell better now."

"Tiffany, we're not likely to find the PERFECT house, but yard decorations are not a reason to naysay an entire place. And no realtors will talk to us if 'weird things' keep happening," Vali says.

Her mouth starts to open then, "I love you with all my wagging ways, but would you have said that a week ago? Or would you have helped me?" A bite of her lip

"You think I'm a grump now you worry I'm not as fun?" His brow is expressive

A whine, "never even thought of it for a micro second... " guilty look.

"Well, for your information, given how homophobic the owner was, I wouldn't slaughtered her flamingos, I would have isntead changed it over night so the flamingos were having a gaypride parade,... put them on floats with glitter. I was going to ask if you wanted to when you settled for brute savagey."

She looks at him, grins, and wags then hugs him.

"hey, I'm lecturing here I..." The hug lasts, and Vali returns it , softening "Yeah, I'm still in here. I really would have, and I promise we'll still have fun." He returns the hug "Okay, it was kind of fun how you laid them out like the valentine's day massacre in that movie... that poor pale pink one almost made it to safety. Bit dark humor, but.. funny. I just think the pride parade would have been better."

SHe nods, then kisses him.

And he returns it.

For Dagmar, coming home after the trip to the ball, well, she actually had a great time. Shyre and she had a lot in common when it came to an interest in weapons, and both enjoyed breaking as many targets as possible going all out with their strength. She was stronger, but he was darn tough too, and he didn't seem bothered all. ALso, he was taller than her by two whole inches (And that's not counting horns) so she didn't have to strain her neck looking down while talking.

Overall, a good night.

That from Tove with a smile, a hopeful one

"Oh, yeah - he likes Forged in Fire, too! We talked about weapons. I think I might need to work on some close-combat.. like.. one-handed? Sword and shield?"

"I might not always have Flyswatter handy."

Jaymes... approves, "Versatility is good" He agrees. "So mostly you talked about Forged in Fire?"

"That, and pell-work."

"Oh man, he hit the training dummy and sent it FLYING..."

"Well, all trolls tend to be strong," Tove says.//"No hold up... if it impressed Dag that means it wasn't really supposed to fly even hit hard. Huh. Guess he's stronger than average for our kind. Must be nice to have someone who can stay close to matching you huh?" Jaymes actually looks thoughtful.

She nods. "Didn't feel like I had to hold back..."

Jaymes nods then, looks to Tove.The two do that 'adult communication thing' then, "If you want, you can invite him over some weekend."

"Oh... hunh. You think he'd want to spar?"

"Probably" Jaymes says "We'll make sure we have practice stuff and protective gear if you guys need it"

"Well, I guess we could."

"Or we can just let you two pick your favorite episodes from seasons and two of Forged in Fire" Tove says

"Oh, dunno if he'd want to come all this way just to watch TV..."

"Good point" Jaymes says "but never hurts to ask what he'd like. No reason we can't mix. You two club each other or something for an hour, have a meal, then watch an episode"

Tove takes Jaymes' hand and looks at him surprised and pleased

"True!"

"Now ,if either of you need to close it up earlier for any reason assuming he does come.. . then you let me know, I'll make sure he gets home" Jaymes says

"Well, sure..."

"Okay. Your dad's got work soon.. and he's going to take a nice long hot bath. You shower first, rest up, go to bed.. glad you had a good night"

That from Jaymes who appears to be speaking in third role

"Well, sure?" AGreeable, if confused.

Jaymes nods and goes off.

Tove looks at him with a smile, then turns to Dagmar "I'm glad you enjoyed, and you were very well behaved. Shyre seems nice"

And with that, Dagmar goes to shower and look forward to saying hello to Stormwake in the morning.
