"You're sure?" she asks Nadeen...apparently reluctant to not see the mission through.

Linnea has roused again. "Hewitt's troops... they were running patrols through town." A bit of a wince as she glances to Nadeen, admititng her own failure to do so in the same breath.

"They will know who needs to be dosed."

"Oh. Yeah, they'd know." But now she seems a bit reluctant.

"Mmm to answer your question, Sylvi, it seems we of Silver wolf need to be the ones seen to do this to regain my people's trust." A nod to Linnae "A formal thank you will be isuted to the Chieftain later" then back to Sylvi "Unless it offends you, I think we have distribution down"

Sylvi's eyes over her mask are grateful as she looks at Nadeen. "You're right. That's important for SilverWolf to do right now. So...I should probably head back to school."

"Sylvi, I... I want to give you such an UNvarich hug right now" Nadeen says "But I worry you've been put at risk enough. We'll get you transport... how DID you get here?"

"Gerd brought me. I'm not sure where she got to. I'm hoping she took off as soon as we were set."

"A troll, just leave?" A brow "I bet she didn't"

"Not just leave. She wants to limit the chances of Connor catching anything."

"Oh yes, that WOULD change things"

"I could text her, if that's okay?"

"Of course"

She's not sure what the rules on cellphones are in here.

She nods and sends Gerd a text: Hey, mission accomplished (in progress). You still around?

"I would ask that you ... down play our troubles, or not mention them at all, both of you. TOo many will leap on this as a weakness if I don't have time to put the right narrative on it"

TXT: I'm at home, but I can pop back?

She nods to Nadeen. "I already assured Lord Aiden that we'd keep it quiet."

TXT: If it's not too much trouble? I can make other arrangements if that would be better.

Linnea offers, "I will escort you on the trod if you prefer? And then pay your ride back to the College?"

TXT: No worries. On my way I got a million questions

That from Nadeen, then a look to innae "How strong are you feeling,my thane?"

TXT: Let me know when you're here, I'll come out front.

She swallows, and admits, "Much stronger than before."

"I'll take you up on that hug at a better time, Baroness," Sylvi says with a grin.

"Keep me posted on things, okay?" she says to both Nadeen and Madern.

"That is not an exact measurement I can be certain of , Thane. I.. let's let Gerd do this"

And Nadeen smiles "Agreed on the hug"

"And i'll keep you posted after I sleep for a week" madern jokes

TXT: Tadaa. I'm here

Indeed, dogs bark outside

"You earned it," she says to Madern. "Okay, that's my cue, I'm out. Everybody take care."

And Sylvi heads out to meet Gerd.

Nadeen watchees her go, then turns to tell the others "Let's get to work"

And Gerd says to Sylvi "Rivervale.. pardon, Goldfinch saving the day again?"

"Well, Goldfinch helped, at least. But wow, I need a nap."

"Back to Rutgers we go?" Gerd says "or... Bergen?"

"Rutgers." A sigh. "I've got a ton of homework to catch up on."

"And Gerd, this wouldn't have worked without you. More time would have put more people at risk. And I mean it...I owe you. That's a debt I intend to pay."

"Don't be dumb, you're still a friend." Gerd nods "Got it? Get it, good. " She raises her hands like she has pom poms " SYLVI SYLVI She's our girl, let's send her off to another part of the world! Be Academic, B-E A-C-A-D-E-M-I-C!"

And there's a flash and they are gone

Sylvi vanishes mid facepalm.

Nadeen watches from the window "Her Uncle has scarred that poor witch for life" A tisk a bit amused

Linnea comments, "We owe them both much. Perhaps, some recognition granted at Pennons?" She offers.

"If we still plan to host..."

"Oh we're hosting, this is happening.. though I think we will do it a day after the usual pennons day and claim it's so folks can enjoy BOTH aren't we clever?" Rhetorical. It's brilliant !
