He brightens up. "I didn't want to say... in case I was wrong, with what I thought it meant, I might mislead you. But I think the milky way was to represent the silver, and-"

Art stops, aghast. "What could hurt the trods?"

"I don't know, but I am not sure I want to find out. I'll talk to the Baron about this"

He sips his cocoa again, some of the color perking back up in his cheeks. "You think it's important? You are not upset to be disturbed? I did not wish to be rude."

"With anyone else I might be upset, but.... you're our fledge, and more than that, you have a history of visions. It would be reckless not to take it seriously"

He smiles, not realizing he has a cocoa mustache. It's rather endearing.

Or it might be, if he was her type. But... Nadeen has a taste for older men, it seems... the kind who could, if he wished, grow a REAL mustache. Would that be dashing? Her thoughts threaten to stray!

A wistful thought of her lover waiting for her , but she chuckles at another thought. Thistle would melt to see Art like this

He finally wipes his mouth, and takes both mugs to soak in the sink.

"Now, you've told me. Do you want a room to stay here tonight?"

He twists in his chair to look out the window... the sun is starting to rise. "I should go home, before the family realizes I'm gone. Which will probably be when they need me to do something." He says, matter of factly, but without rancor.

"Unless I can help further here?"

"No, I don't think so," she says "Head on home. And.. don't use any trods for a bit"

He bows to her, then grins. "Not alone - not for another 2 months and 5 days! But I will pass on the warning to anyone I see."

"Yes. And I need to talk to my hus... to my consort" that word is sounding less satisfying than it should but tha'ts a problem for another time

Art doesn't seem to have noticed the correction. He stifles a yawn. "Thank you. I feel better, having told someone about it. I know if it means something needs to happen, it's in good hands."

No pressure She says "Better dreams , Arthur. And thank you"

He bows again, and heads out, returning back to the mortal family that awaits... well, probably THEY are still asleep, in their cozy beds.

She moves hastily to her consort. Marigold will forgive the mugs.

She finds that he has risen, and is buttoning a shirt. Turning as she enters, "Is aught well, my love?"

"Yes, but I am not sure it will be" She shows her notes "Artthur suspects he had another vision"

“Stars, again?” He considers. “A red-eyed serpent speaks of Balor…” Aiden frowns, not upset, but considering. “The exploding telescope- might something have robbed us of our sight? Or foresight? The rest.. Could it be danger on the silver? “
