"The Hearths themselves at least I knew where not eaten. Has to do something with the favorite food of the old Hearth that was, and the sklls shown of the one to be. so neither would likely be eatten on the day of the ceremony"

A little dust ball has climbed onto her sneaker. With... ears! Wait, are those... yep. Googly eyes.

Another few peek out at her from under the desk, and the bookcase.

"....Dust bunnies? Seriously?"

"Oh, they're considered noble creatures among some sluagh ...either that or my leg is getting yanked" A look at lizbet again

"They have learned that my office is off limits from the janitors. As long as they do not touch the books, they are welcome in my domain." Elias whispers.

Lizbet adds, "I added a bag of eyes! They gleam in the dark now."

"I tried to give them fangs, but they didn't seem to understand, and I could not show them." A little disappointed. "But they are still good company."

Gwen knows that no such critter would be welcome in HER mom's domain.

"Ah, but mister Aberdeen, we are intruding overlong. Thank you again"

The bunnies try to follow after Thistle as she stands.

"They do seem very.. uh... appropriate to the aesthetic."

"You guys do not want to come with us to my mom's kitchen. Boggans have very different views"

Gentian scolds a bunny, sounding like a jinglebell. Thistle is theirs.

They rustle soundlessly in defeat, and slink back under the desk. Lizbet coos, "I will bring them crumbs later."

"Shall we go?" She asks THistle

"Yeah. I gotta work on a daytime setup for FOrnax..."

Lisbet waves.

Elias rises and sees them to the door as well. "I look forward to your next visit."

"You've both been too kind" She says and waves back to Lizbet

THen goes out with Thistle

She looks troubled "Well, guess I need to talk to Briar or someone"

"She's allowed to talk to redcaps."

"If you think that's what bothers me about this, then you're missing the mark." she starts the truck up "But... you have given me an idea. I may end up owing a favor to someone in Rivervale, but it might work"

and she takes them home gain, at the speed of granny
