"WILLLLLLYYY!!" A knock on the workshop door as D'Lorean calls out

" @(#(@&$&%^#@&@*!!! " is the response from the workshop.

The door slides open so hard it recoils a bit at the stop. "WHAT?!!?!"

"We need some harness or shackles that can hold an ogre's strength, sooner better than later, Baroness orders. We have a Thallian prisoner and the son of a bitch is strong, don't want him wrecking the place. He's a big muther too ...wrists are like this big around" She shows with a gesture

"Are you out of your horny head??"

"What? You can't do it?"

"I kin make shackles, yeah, but something to hold a Ogre is all magiked up! You're talking .... tensile strength, circumference, attunement, bows and anchors rated for in-line tension..... "

"Take a month, at least. Not my craft, see."

"Didja ask at Darkgate?"

"I thought you had that.. nocker thing that makes like glass as strong as steel and plastic straws tougher than iron pipes?"

Her eye-roll is out-loud. "I'm -good- at my craft, yeah."

"I kin maybe work on it. Take a while."

"Well you get started, we'll talk to Dark Gate, maybe they got something in the here and now, and yes Willy you're very good at your craft. Folks are a little tense with prisoner situations, got one Ogre, one Pooka, and the Spriggan killed itself with some messed up Cantrip gone wrong that caused a storm. Speaking of which, let us know if your roof got damaged"

"Yeah, I'll take a look."

A rather large branch (and several smaller ones) are piled atop the roof, and some shingles are missing. One of the vents from the forge is dented, but still flowing at probably 70% capacity. Was there a storm? She didn't notice it over the sound of her own work, if so!

She glances up "Roof looks dinged. SHould we send to dark gate to see if they have a spare one?"

That gets her a scowl "Ah kin fix mah own roof! Ah got a ladder."

"Juuuust checking" She tries to hide the smirk then more kindly "Do let us know if you need material to fix or improve it. Ok?"

"Yeah." distractedly; that vent.... not good.

Noticing the focus "Want me to get Wudlig off the solar panel restoration and ask him to assist?"

"You I mean?"

"That pisher? Messing with -my- vent??" the idea seems to make her angry.

"Pisher? He's a nocker like you right.. IO thought pishers were boggans? Oh heck with it.. I can't keep your guys weird lingo straight. Forget I asked"

"I gotta call dark gate, good luck" And off D'Lavender goes

Willy goes to get a ladder, and inspect her roof and the vent.

The vent pipe is working at only 70% capacity

Willy does a very careful, minute inspection and, cussing and sputtering on her way back down the ladder, gets the tools she will need to fix it.

"what's the grouse about?" Wudlig asks from below

"Damn ferkockin' storm dented by vent pipe! Coulda DIED!!"

She snatches up tools and tucks them in her apron before heading back up to the roof.

"Well, you know what to do... "A beat "you can' go too hard on the clench"

"But you can't be so loose it doesn't clench at all"
