Dolph the holster is watching over the stables, and Willie has been asked to keep an ear open for any potential intruders. Indeed, she's been asked what she might recommend in ways of early alarm systems - Wards are great, but can be evaded or dispelled. Mortal cameras can also be tricked. But perhaps the Nocker has some idea she can offer.
The kennels need no human guardians - several of the older hounds have been loosed, and they patrol their own pathways - Mischka the Ovcharka and Fortitude the Wolfhound keeping the younger pups in line.
Danica and Linnea both are called in to guard the Manor house itself. Danica patrolling the outside grounds, Linnea within, keeping watch over the inner corridors - particularly, situating herself solidly before the hallway that leads down to Calanthe's workshop, and further inward, the balefire itself.
Calanthe and Aiden have retreated to those inner rooms, with orders that they are not to be disturbed, and Thane Linnea to ensure that such is obeyed. Glamour thrums and hums throughout the Hold, as magical workings ensue.
