The wings are made, not grown, they're meant to decieve, but they might have merit. The chimerical metal frame is a bit too heavy, it wouldn't fly far, but it might have short bursts , but if the material were LIGHTER but still strong... it could go further.

She clucks her tongue softly, and mutters quietly to herself about all the flaws.

SOmewhere in the background , a scam artist, hoping to slip out, stumbles onto a book carrying sidhe... through a story we may never see, this foils his escape. The secuirty here grabs him (The Scam artist, not the book loving sidhe) up ... and the horse with the mechanical wings? Well, the Auctioneer is apologizing and saying "Let's take it out of the line"

And, proof no one here is a mechanist, they take the wings off it right then and there.

"....huh."

The Eshu sighs "I suppose I could sell this fakery for scrap"

Gwen nudges THistle.

"Barely worth anything. I'd trade you some dross for it. Two bits."

The auctioner scowls "Two bits?"/ Gwen chips in "You'll probably have to pay that much to haul it." Helpful kind of.

THe Auctioner sighs, "Fine fine. Two bits."

A shark grin, and she fishes out a grape pop bottle cap and a kneaded eraser that has been sculpted into a snowman.

The auctioner takes them, looks at the wings "Fine, get that pop art wing stuff out of here."

Gwen helps lift the wings and mutters "If he thinks it's pop art like NOW wait till you cook."

The mission a 'bust'(Well, wings for Thistle, a book for Art, and an She-Lobe spider for Lizbet) the Silverwolf crew makes their way out. With Thistle a hyper alert heroine who saved the day from a scam artist, and Art, a LESS alert hero who lead to his arrest.

"'Ey, Willy, a hand with dese wings here, yeah please?"

And it is possible while Gwen loads things up, Art and Thistle might have a bit of private time... If you don't count Citrine and the 2 NEW Nevers that joined on... Magnolia purple and Mimosa Yellow. But that's for another time
