"Want me to stay and watch her, the truck?" Frank rumbles.

Brekke's brow furrows. She clearly would prefer not to split up, but it's likely the more strategic option, so she nods.

Frank nods and gets out, scanning the area including rooftops.

"We go," she says to the sidhe, making brief eye contact with Frank before going in search of a well-positioned fire escape. Once they find one, she gets them both up to the right level with a hopscotch. How far away from the target window?

About three stories. There maybe a flicker of binocular lenses in the window but it's not looking at them... yet

Frank reaches into the van and pops the hood. He gives the goat a warning look before he goes and lifts the hood; car trouble. Must be car trouble.

Brekke has often appreciated her foresight in learning enough chicanery for veiled eyes. This is one of those times. A quick veil over herself and the sidhe.

She's inside and tied up but doesn't cause trouble

And the veil descends on Brekke and the Liam sidhe and they are covered

Brekke leans close to the sidhe and speaks in a barely audible rumble. "Get closer, figure out your targets, let me know when you are ready to cast that sovereign, and I will break in."

He nods "As you wish"

Frank uses the cover of the hood and car trouble to keep an eye out, including roof tops and, for that matter, drains and grates; there is such a thing as sluagh.

Frank so far sees no other eyes

Up on the fire escape, they take a peek, hoping to find the target. There's the redcap, and there's the cat pooka

Brekke is poised, waiting for Heartbalm to signal that he's ready to cast.

Sometimes it's helpful to have a treasure that has a physical aspect as well as a chimerical one. The simple hatchet she keeps on her belt breaks through the mundane window with one strong swing, and she follows it through, never mind the glass.

(And we pause at this dramatic moment! Will the Dictum work? Will it wash offf? Will Frank ken that thing? We'll find out!)
