As they approach (assuming they do) they notice a chimerical griffin about the size of a housecat on the roof.

Brekke keeps an eye on it as they approach.

The griffin yawns, then, seeing Brekke's Gwydion colors, perks up and seems more welcoming.

A respectful nod towards the...guardian?

It flies towards them, but as it gets past a certain point, it grows, becoming a full sized Griffin!

Brows go up, and Brekke stands still. (Presumably Frank does, too.)

It approaches them both then bobs its head "Greetings and salutations, Lady of the Falcon, this Liam is your consort?"

"He is. I am Baroness Brekke, known as the Shacklebreaker, and this is Sir Franklyn. We come seeking audience with Baron Gruffydd."

"Enter please, it's a little unsettingly the first time you cross, but harmless and it depowers you not at all"

Brekke raises a brow at the odd assurance and glances at Frank briefly...but moves through, as invited.

"Oh, and forgive my lack of ettiquette. I am called Snapbeak. My name is more violent than my demeanor" He assures, though the truth wobbles there. HE could be very dangerous if he chose

"I trust you are most effective when called upon to defend, Snapbeak," Brekke says.

"Well, it IS a Gwydion hold" he says with an almost casual shrug of his wings "You understand. Falcon's don't lead from the rear"

"Yes," she says with a nod as they continue in.

Frank follows.

And when they get within ten feet of the hold, they the hold gets larger. Wait, they get smaller. The Tiny House Old now seems as a manor to them. They must be 4 and a half feet, tops

Brekke does have a moment of startled anger as she feels her self diminishing...but she can sense that the chimera was telling the truth. Her powers have not lessened.

Indeed, she is as strong as ever, they both are. The door opens. It is all amatter of scale it seems, and once it, the manor seems normal

Brekke clears her throat. "Clever," she says quietly to Frank.

A boggan greets them "Baroness ?"

A nod. "We seek audience with Baron Gruffydd."

"So the griffin told us with a whisper on the wind, one of his many gifts. I'm Mr. Flink. Please, I know the Baron will be delighted to see you . I'll take you to a changing room, open court will be in two hours . Did you need food, drink?"

"Mr. Flink, thank you for your offer of hospitality, but..." She looks to Frank, then back again. "Our cause is urgent, and time is of the essence. If there is any way the Baron would agree to see us sooner, even if less formally, we would be grateful."

"Ah, the Baron will be dissappointed," Mr. Flink admits "Please, have a seat here" He gestures into a parlor "I'll let him know of your haste"

Brekke's brow furrows with some concern, but she nods her gratitude and takes a seat as indicated. There's a seat next to her for Frank.
