It doesn't take long for Zara to hear Tziporah's panic, even down the hallway

"oh no no no"

"Not fair, not fair" An Eshu races around halls, trying to avoid anyone male, and some females besides.

of course, her balance is a bit off right now.

Whether Zara wants to help sooner, or wait a bit and enjoy the panic, is up to her.

Zara finds a perch to watch where she may be discovered, and Tziporah will then wonder how long the sluagh had been watching.

That works beautifully. After watching her sister steal a bra from a female troll's room, and sneak out again, the slaugh observes her sister seeking out Emma to see if this is medical... only to run into Poppy, who said "The sun is lost in shadow FOREVER"

"Argh" and Tziporah turns a column, looks for a place to hide and... finally finds her ssister

Her arms attempt to cover her chest, but can't quite succeed, "How long have you been there? I need a decursing, or .. or something"

An arch look. "My not-so-little sister."

"NOT funny, NOT"

An impish smile.

"Sis, " She sways "I don't know what did this... but you're the most powerful magick worker here, right? SO... lil help? before Uiliam sees me?"

"Well, I didn't cast the curse. Perhaps consider what magics -slash- magical objects you may have interacted with of late?"

"Can't be that, the only thing I've used much is... " Her eyes widen "Oh no. No no, but I'm not WEARING it now."

Vashti does good work, Zara can ken the magic... three times worn, then retribution must be borne.

She's not wearing the item, but the item's magic is kind of wearing her.

She shrugs. "Vashti made it for me. And, apparently.. well... twas pooka craft."

"Sister of a sister is a sibling of a sort, nu? She may help thee."

"I look like I went to a drunk plastic surgeon!" She huffs, then "Vashti always seemed so NICE"

"She is nice."

"But she is a pooka."

"And this is, in fact, very funny."

She sticks her tongue out at her sister!

An amused rattle.

A huff "Feh... I HOPE YOu... " she shouldn't have moved her arms, "Oh god, I think it just swelled again" And she bounces off..err runs... okay, even with the troll small clothes, somethings are bouncing, and she heads off to find Vashti

Then further down the hall, "Earl, don't look!"

"okay.." Earl sounds baffled, clearly he has shut his eyes.

Then finally "Safe to open my eyes yet?"

The Eshu is gone

"Aye."

"Great" He does so "What just happened?"

"Vashti." Handwaving.

""Ah, hope you and your sister are talking? SHe was worried about you" Earl says as he rejoins her.

"We are."

"She... well, a'times, her tongue is tied. She cannot say what she means."

"She loves you" he nods and takes Zara's hand "You tend to inspire love in those that know you." A smile "Nelson and Lily have been snooping around while you were gone to make up for your abscence. I think their priorities maybe more childling focused, but there you go"

"Not a bad thing. And Bronte was there to defend the library."

"Fiercely" he nods, "She's getting bigger. I'm gonna miss when she's too big to sit on shoulders."

Siiiigh.

"Sorry, love" He says "Didn't mean to make you meloncholy. Shall we pine under the moon later, lamenting time's cruel lash?"

"Mayhaps."

"Who knows, by the time I am a crone, mayhaps I could ride upon Bronte's shoulder."

"Life goals" He agrees, "Though she might insist you read her stories as you lay there while she flies. "

"Not a hardship, though she may have difficulty hearing me."

"mm you'll need a free hand to tap. She too knows morse" He nods.

"True."

"Now, about tonight. I have missed you, and I have pined a great deal... so, I think perhaps I should beg, beseech, and properly haunt you until you consider a date for us. As we've been away too long, it might be here in the garden, or on the roof, or inside one of the many dining nooks you like, but I would dine with you tonight, and woo" His eyes sparkle

"You would?"

"I would," he nods "I would entreat, and seek, and please. I would offer up flattery base and grand as pleases. And. .. hope, with the fire that engulfs so many men, to cover you in my shadow, or be covered in turn. I am wretched with need for you"
