"Yeah, Sam? Maybe I can attend as a spectator?" Lupe asks

"Um, well, most of track is in the spring...."

"Ah man" Lupe says "I forgot about that"

"Maybe we could catch practice sessions?" Hopefuly, Masey grins "I bet Sam looks great exerting herself"

"Ummmm"

"Ah, when she's not SLACKING on the court hustle" Lupe teases

"Hey!"

"Remember that game on the 17th third year? Slo mo" A smile. There is more to the story than that

"I don't slack when I play."

"What's the REAL story?" Massey asks Lupe

Lupe gives "She had HALF their defense on her that game. It was insane"

"I teased her about having trouble moving" Lupe admits

"Was like wading through a sea of toddlers."

Masey snerks

"Oh now I wish I saw that"

"Oh you can, got the game recorded on Cloud" And Lupe pulls out her phone to show

"I mean, compared to Lupe..."

"Watch it" Lupe mock growls

She holds a hand at varying head heights.

"Okay, oh my gosh, they're on her like fan girls on a rock star " Massey says, As the show plays on the tiny phone

It might be embarrassing , but Massey gushes over the game and ovrer Sam. Lupe makes commentary "if she were allowed to head butt, they'd back off" and so on.

But it's also nice to just share a bit of Lupe and her past with Masey

It appears Masey passes Lupe's sniff test
