"I'm HEre for the debriefing," Siv says "easy. I know I broke protocal, but in my defense, I am a volunteer, not a vassal"

"She has shared no pertinent information with me," Brekke assures firmly. "And there were other circumstances that demanded her presence at home."

"True, but she IS a flight risk and protocal demands..." One Thane says

Siv rolls her eyes "Oh for the love. i surrender already. Just take me for debriefing."

The thanes, mollified, escort her in... this does NOT keep the Chief from entering after, of course
