"There you are, Chef!" Kerri says with a smile, and perhaps a thinly-disguised tone of relief.

"Hello, Kerri. And this must be your husband? What can I do for you? I already have tonight's dinner planned if you're about to ask for a menu item it may not be happening but I promise you'll love what we do have" Confident

"Oh, I wouldn't do that to you. Besides, I'm sure we'll enjoy whatever you're planning. And yes, this is my husband, Ollie. Ollie, this is Chef Lisselle, the genius I've been studying with."

"Nice to meetcha," Ollie says "My wife's a big fan of yours. Me? I'm a big fan of hers. Why I married her. "

"Also because he's pretty smart."

The unsettling visage on the man makes him look intimidating, but Olgar tries to offset this with a kind of laid back charm all his own. Lisselle, at first a bit cautious, ends up won over by his and Kerri's banter, "Well, your wife has received a lot of praise from me as well, Ollie. Are you two enjoying the beaches around here?"

"Haven't spent a lot of beach time, to be honest. Yet. "

"Oh you're missing a rare treat, the twilight times on the waters are my favorite, the meditarian is much warmer than the pacific for example so you can enjoy the start of an evening and a splash"

"Well, we did bring a bikini," Olgar says "There's some debate over which of us has to wear it." Straight faced

A grin at Olgar. "We'll take turns, honey." Then to Lisselle, "That sounds tempting. When do you find time to enjoy it yourself?"

"As a matter of fact, I'm about to take a break" She says cleaning up

"Then maybe we could all head to the beach together?"

"Well, won't I cramp your couple time? I mean, Ollie may feel self concious in the bikini with a stranger" A smile

"Oh put a few beers in me and it's no trouble" Ollie assures

"You know the area better than we do," Kerri points out. "Would hate to make a wrong turn."

"Well, I'd be happy to show you a spot I love. It's before twilight but still wonderful. Meet you in fifteen minutes at the western entryhall?"

"Sounds great!" Kerri rubs her hands with eagerness, wishing she had the art to cast Fair Fortune on the Dreamer.

"Well, all right then" The Chef says with a smile, "Warning, Ollie. I may steal your wife to talk food trends. Sometimes in my ivory tower I worry I lose the touch"

"Oh you're going to the right lady for opinions" Ollie grins

With that, Lisselle finishes up and heads off to get her swimsuit

"This is the window of opportunity they'd be looking for," she murmurs.

"You got a way we can follow her without looking like stalkers?" He mutters back

She shakes her head, brow furrowed. "Although...I met a sluagh before. I'm not quite sure whose side she's on, but maybe she'd help. If I knew where to find her. Ariadne?" she says, on the off-chance that the sluagh in question is listening.

There is no answer

Which doesn't mean she's NOT there per se, but it's possible she is not

"Ariadne, if you can hear me, please keep watch over Lisselle for the next few minutes. Intervene if you can to protect her."

There is, once again, no response

A helpless shrug to Olgar. "Best I can do."

"Let

's get you in that bikini, at least for the first shift" A nod

"First shift. You're suggesting we split up? Because that's what I was starting to think."

"I could beach comb while she and you talk... give us eyes further out. Is that what you mean?"

"Yes. Ish. I'm also beginning to think maybe one of us should just go back and steal those statuettes." She looks like she's ready to jump into the breach.

"You're second guessing yourself there, babe." He says not unkindly as they move to their room "If we try that, the other one has to kidnap the chef, or she'll be sold to make up for the losses the stolen folks would have made, assuming that works at all"\

"Well...tempting." But she goes with him to the room, quickly.

"Oh I'm done with what ever you decide"

"But I do feel I gotta point out if I see any possible side effects"

"Like we completely destroy any trust she has in us? Yeah, there's that. Plus, create a poaching incident. Still...tempting." At the room, she changes quickly. "We could enchant her? She'd be so off-kilter she'd have to put her trust in somebody, and if we're right there with her....ta da!"

"mmm.. well, right of ignorance means we'd be responsible for her not narcing. THink you could keep her from blabbing?"

Despite olgar's comments about a bikini, Kerri has more than one set of swimwear to draw on

"I haven't had to do that in a long time...but I think I could do it." She opts for something a bit more practical than the bikini.

And soon both are ready to go "Well, when she sees the real me, she might get spooked so you're definitely the one to talk to her while she's got a glow on"

"True. Another reason for you keeping distance."

An apologetic look, but they're both practical people.

And it's off to the spot where they agreed to rendezvous with her. Kerri's made sure to bring a couple of bottles of water along...good for enchanting on the go.

Lisselle dresses rather modestly herself for beach going, and has a small basket, perhaps snacks in there. And a towel "Without my chef's hat, I'm in disguise" A smile of good nature

"Aren't we all?" A smile in return, and again that undertone of relief. Kerri herself has a nice wrap cover and sunglasses.

The three head to the beach, following Lisselle's guidance "There's a kind of private cove over here... most tourists don't notice it. You weave around that boulder there..." A smile "We will have to get our feet wet"

Olgar says "You ladies mind if I do a bit of beach combing?"
