Jordan looks at his grandma dubiously "You talk differently from this most of the time"

Brekke nods gratefully. "This is what was said..." And she repeats the vision to her, as accurately as she can. Cards on the table.

The woman says "Would you trust me to a working?"

A cautious frown. "What is required?"

"A drop of your blood, a drop of mine. A mingling in oils and I see the pattern that forms. When it is done, you may watch me clean the knife, and remove the remains if you fear I might abuse it"

"We're CUTTING now?" Jordan blinks

Her jaw goes tight. A long pause. "You understand that what you ask goes against everything I know about what to do with willworkers."

She weighs matters seriously.

A nod "I know"

"Would my word that I will not take advantage of your blood offered be good enough? I can swear by the three"

"or the two, if you prefer"

"That would help, yes. Swear by what speaks to you most."

She takes a breath and nods. "I hear you swear, and I know your intent is true. Thank you." Slowly she offers out her hand (not the silver one).

She takes a silver plate, and pours the milk upon it, then cuts her own thumb first, then Brekkes'... it swirls and mutters something in Greek. Whatever she mutters it's not a lie.

Brekke watches and listens very carefully.

"Mix some of your magic in it, quickly, and ask a question... it will atune it to the Dreaming"

"She means glamour" Jordan ssays

Brekke concentrates and spares a bit of her own glamour. A grump, she does not have as much as she once did, and it is easier for her to do this when she is in the Lodge. Here...it is harder to part with even a spark, but she does it.

"Ask , and we will watch the patterns"

She hesitates a moment, then asks as simply as she can: "What is Adam trying to tell us?"

The pattern shifts, and the image of a shield pattern guarding a woman's silhouette rises

Brekke watches, frowning.

Sybil speaks "What will worker wrote the warning?" She gets to ask too? Of course she does

That symbol forms into the blood "House Merinita of the Order? Of course, they're fae focused, barely get any attention these days"

Brekke shakes her head in confusion. "They are trying to help him?"

"The one who sent the warning and said they would rescue them? Yes"

"But there is another who is against them both I fear"

"But i don't know who that is or the like... so ask your new question"

"What...How can we help Adam?"

A gate that slowly forms into a clock

A sigh. "Much as we thought," she mutters.

"I lack context" Sybil says, "But now is not the time. " She asks "Who is holding this Adam?"

And an image of a Burning Mintoaur appears, flames all arond it's bull head

Her eyes widen. "Where is he held?"

A line, a wave pattern, and under that, a cracked tower with stitches

She frowns, and shakes her head, confused.

"who might she seek out in the Dreaming who knows the area where he is held?"
