He -might- accidentally lean against the door to her rooms if there's no sound from within.

He kens it, and then checks inside, looking for a key to the book.

No key in there... mmm but it's a good place to hide once he finds it

He looks at the lock; he carries a few useful things on him during missions, any chance he can pick the lock?
