He's puffing and blowing a little from the dash, and he looks scared.... no, the little old man looks terrified.

Gilly the satyrss turns "Hey? Are.. are you okay?"

"I... I.... there was a, a redcap....."he stutters.

"Oh wow... " She looks spooked

"What's this reddap look like?"

"Horrible. Tall, muscular, scarred, with yellow teeth and claws...."

"Male. .or female? " She gulps

"Female!" he squeeks.

"Not that that's safer.. uhm. .you better get inside. You wannt me to call the Duke's hold? I .. I know a guy there"

"Oh, no, no, no, no need to trouble anyone." he gulps "I'm sure if I wait quietly she'll go away soon....."

He sways a little, looking overwhelmed.

SHe akes his shoulders "Oh geez, you poor old gguy come in in.." She gets him into her room

The room is nic as apparments go.

He trembles slightly as she takes charge.

She has a girl next doorr look, freckles on the nose, ponny tail

"Hey, le me get you a drink. You like coffee?"

"Oh my, at this hour of the day I think it might be too much for my nerves, but it's a very kind gesture." he quavers.

"Could I possibly sit for a few moments? I will be out of your hair in just a tick."

"I have water, and yes, please sit downn. It must be a terrible scare"

He almost falls into the seat. "Yes, she.... rather overpowering." he mumbles.

"Are you injured? Did she claw or bite you?" Sound of ice water

"No... she .... some of the things she said sugested she would do so but I think she enjoyed the chase more than she wanted to catch."

"Well, thank ggoodness for small favors" She hands over the ice water, "I'm Gilly by the way"

He takes several gulps. "Gilly. I'm sure I'm in your debt." gratefully, when he can breathe. "Thank you. You are very kind."

"I have my moments.. look, you sure you donn't wannt me to request a thane from the hold?"

"I'm just passing through. I don't want to be any trouble. I'm sure once I get my nerve back, I'll be fine."

"It is wonderful you're so well-connected, though! You must be a woman of means here. No one would dare cross or threaten -you-."

the blush brightens "Well I can't name names. Feeling better?"

"I am." he drinks again "There's something so restorative about hearing about love, and romance....." a wistful sigh.
