"Teach me how to hex" Minerva sits down before her mentor.

The Eiluned looks up from his book to the girl, "Who are we hexing?"

"My would be murderer" She claims "But yes, I realize everyone is surprisingly okay with him trying to kill me. I'm doing it for something anyone can understand. He's RUDE"

"Oh my," The Seer says "I think it's time to talk about Nockers"

She huffs, this is NOT what she wanted lessons in.

but it seems to be what her teacher will tutor her in. Why can't mentors just tell you the lessons you WANT?!!

So it was that August ran into the seer, both heading to the Library

Almandine bows "Baron"

A bow in return. "Sir."

"How fares the legal pursuits?"

"Well, Sir, thank you."

A nod "I was hoping to talk to you, and perhaps Miss Zara.. regarding Minerva. " He moves to the library "Though I realize Miss Zara maybe out at this time. She is her own creature" Understatement is an Eiluned trait perhaps?

"She will be here if she wishes." The Baron agrees. "How can I be of assistance?"

As they enter the library, he says "More of keeping you informed, though maybe you have more power over this 'Adam' than I know?" A sigh "Apparently he was walking his dog, and utterly snubbed her, ignoring her even when she spoke to him."

"Her.... lady Minerva?"

"Yes, though it appears she also thinks she's being told her name is an afront?" The Seer says "I am willing to teach a fledge, particularly one I suspect is of either Ailil or Eiluned... but this extra drama is unwelcome. Why hasn't the boy been chastised for attempting to violate the right of life? "

"I shall ask the Baroness. As might you." August reminds.

"You're right, of course," A frown "I suppose I should have gone to her directly, but she has been very busy of late and with you here I thought maybe you knew. Let's say that Adam is not the only one shaken, deeply, by the incident. It's a harrowing arrival to fight and claw for a shelter only to find someone trying to starve and freeze you out."

"As you say."

"I do say" He says "I am not blind to the fact Adam is unique and in trouble. He is lost and seeking. he is... far as I know, one of a kind. But I am curious if he means harm to her."

"Both enjoy the Escheat.... Yes?"

"Adam is a sidhe, unawakened but a sidhe. If someone were to try to take his life that too would be a violation, or an attempted violation to the right of life yes" He notices Bronte snoozing

"The fact he was almost a kithslayer doesn't trouble you?"

"She has grown." Quietly.

"And yes, it ... troubles me."

"So she has" He looks her over while she sleeps "I hope she doesn't get too big too fast. Zara would miss her on the shoulders"

A nod at the admission it troubles the Liam he looks more relieved

August does not seem to comment further.

With that silence, the Eiluned shrugs. Normally he would not be too talkative himself, but it is the subject at hand

"I wonder if a dragon of another sort will be visiting us soon?"

"How do you mean?"

"Certain omens.. could mean anything from more Ailil visiting on Pennons, to an actual dragon having a request... " He says

"Have you told the Baroness? All should be prepared."

"The Baroness has a note waiting for her " he assures

"But one must be careful. I don't want a nebulous omen causing panic or over reaction"
