It's a lovely day and the balcony door is open wide, letting the fresh air in and the smell of paint out. Just one wall, now painted a brilliant sea blue... or is it a green? Piper sits back and admires it. "Thanks for your help, Adam - I never could have reached the top edge of the wall, even standing on a chair. And the accent wall really MISSES something if it only goes up five feet."

"Mmm..." He lays on the floor and massages the frogs of her hooves. "All good."

"But, paint is cheap and art is expensive. Maybe the landlord can afford to hire a fancy mural painter, but I'm still just babysitting part time." A chuckle as she stretches out a leg. "Oh, that feels nice. She might have offered to do it for cheap, but I would feel bad if so. Everyone has already been so nice about helping me move, but I have to stand on my own hooves sooner or later."

Adam is quiet for a bit. And he massages any limb he gets. "It's nice, Piper. It's... getting to be you."

And there's a knock on the door of 404.. Shave and a hair cut
