"I am not very good at sewing." She admits as well. "I keep poking into my fingers, because I lose the... the... dedal. The cover, for my thumb." She frowns, tapping her fingers. "And you will get better at reading, and I will get better at sewing. It is not a bad thing, to need to learn. And once I am done sewing, I will learn to cook, and then there will always be churros. Maybe I will be an author, and write recipes. And they all start with butter, and canela - cinnamon."

That earns a little giggle.

"Cinnamon churros, cinnamon tacos, cinnamon broccoli..."

Her nose wrinkles up a bit, considering. "Maybe not that."

And trumpets sound!

Her ears perk...

"Que?"

"Ewww, no. But maybe con queso?"

"Oh! Is it time?"

a knock on the door "Girls? The show is about to go on"

Salma sets the books aside. "We finish this later? Por favor?" Beseechingly to Ellie.

"We'll finish later, okay."

"We're coming!"

And Salma whispers to her books, "See, you be good now, I will be back soon." A friendly pat, and she races out along with Ellie for the celebration.

"Okay. Lots of surprises today" Ash says
