"Yessir."

"Ah, here you go... " He pulls out two long guitar strings "These belonged to a japanese Chimera inspired some movie. Nice boy. Told good stories"

"Thank you very much, sir."

"You're welcome" he gets out checks his hair, and moves on out

Into the satchel it goes. He checks his phone for more work.

He picks up Jonas "Thank you"

the vocalublary laden troll says "Ifi t's not too much trouble, please bring me close to the high school. About a block away will do it"

"Ok." And off they go.

"How fares your ventures, Adam?" He inquire as they drive

"Driving? Not bad; I'm going to be doing more."

A new call, but he's not done with this one.

"Yes . I think most of us are restless" He agrees

If he can grab the fare at a stoplight or sign, he will, but if not.... he goes carefully. Even if he chafes.

He can't.. and... argh. It's marked as picked up!

He steams quietly. I find this guy....

"Everything okay? you seem upset"

"No, everything's ok. Just.... some competition. S'ok."

"Oh, you mean the other Knight's Heart driver." He says "I would think it's hardly competition if franchise means what i think it does"

"You know this guy?"

"Gal. " He says "Eden. Sally Mae is letting her borrow her car"

"-EDEN-????"

"Serpentine pooka girl? Yes"

Adam growls quietly.

"Perhaps you need to discuss with Sally Mae?" he suggests

"Yeah, maybe I do."

And they stop at the spot he wanted "Thank you for the transport. " He reaches into his pocket "is cash okay?"

"I prefer dross, to be honest, but I know how it is. Cash will do." Politely.

"I'll try to get Dross before next time" And he pays a bit extra in cash.

"Thank you again"

"Thank you." He shoves the money in his pocket and checks his phone.

and it looks like the calls are winding down. Only one other call and it is gone as Eden gets that one too.

So his choices are going to the lodge to talk to Sally Mae, track down Eden, or head home

He checks the time.

It's Plot O Clock, indicating he's not likely get many more calls... definitely evening ish

He heads for the Lodge. Again.

BIC: He comes to the lodge and hears the hello woof of Oak

Although his expression is troubled, he grins at that. "Hey Oak, it's me. Adam."

As he comes in and sees Nadeen writing notes.

"Oh, hello Adam, decided to come in after all?"

"I picked up a few fares first. Is Sally Mae available?"

From the kitchen "In here... you're welcome to join me but i can't leave this unattended"

"Excuse me." Some of the manners must have lingered from Court as he excuses himself to Nadeen and goes to the kitchen.

"Sally Mae?"

"that's me," Sally Mae says "what can I do for you?" She's starting at the oven as if willing things inside to cook JUST perfectly

"Hey, did you set Eden up with a Knight's Heart gig?"
