"Yeah? We should go!" Bright grin.

Frank nods. "We've got a ways to go to get there. Probably find a place to park it, then go and pay our respects. Just thinking ahead; I'm hearing a lot about rest stops being full and such."

"Shoulda seen Sylvi the other day, she was amazing."

"Yeah, there were this illness chimera? And they were swarming, but she made the whole lake, like, medicine and it wiped'm out!"

"You should tell her dad and mom. THey'll love it"

"I'm sure she will..."

"Did you tell -your- mom and dad?" A low rumble.

"Pretty sure your parents will be proud to hear of your part in it"

"In the dark time, the before time, cellphones were rare, and did not work nearly everywhere" Vali says

"I have a phone now, yes, but there were times in the past when I did not." He explains, giving Vali an eyebrow.

"Well, glad I have a phone now. Texting is good."

"A smart phone would be nice, but they're, like, hundreds of dollars."
