"Oh yes, Eshu in particular seem to love the place. It's got a lot of names, but most simply refer to it as the Poughkeepsie Pocket. It's a market sort of hold. One has to know just how to turn to find it.. but once one is in, a bazaar with a balefire"

She nods. "I see the appeal. I have heard of such places."

"Yes, one might call it a goblin market, except Nockers aren't the most common kith there. Now their goods? Well, let's just say that wherever there's a place selling, you'll find nockers supplying"

"As is their wont. As you well know, the Hollow has many of the kith."

"Indeed, and marvels abound there. We're more interested in the intangibles here... knowledge, education... the Pocket however? oh it has it's wonders." "

She nods. "I'm sure I shall delight in their discovery."

"I leave it to you to find your own way 'in' but I can tell you where to begin your search" And he does. Naming the streets the openings most often appear on , atl east their alleys, though he warns "It goes without saying that in the mortal world this can be dangerous."

"Of course. But I can deflect the eye well enough."

"Of course, but if your suitor should come with you, well, in my experience trolls are amazing guardians but in other areas need ah... how do I phrase this?" Troubled and not wanting to offend

"My suitor is most protective, aye."

"Ah, guidance through more fragile navigation?" He finally says

"But... yes."

"Yes, well, one can't help feeling for them. They give so much of themselves. A bit TOO freely at times. Now, you did inquire about dreamers. We like to imagine the college abounds with them, but we have had a snag of late. "

"A snag?"

"Growing racial tensions in one part of campus... which leads to banality . We're working on it."

She frowns. "Indeed."

"Avoid that, and it should be well enough, on the other hand, our library continues to be a bastian of glamour"

"..What kind of racial tensions?"

"Is there aught I should be concerned about?"

"Perhaps, given your surname... the disagreement with Israel's policies as a government has lead to an inroad for some flat out anti semetic talk by a few opportunists"

"Nevermind the heritage and faith do not automatically mean agreement. ANd so forth" A sigh

"...yes." A frown.

"Apologies, it's an unpleasant subject that can ruin a good tea, but I thought perhaps you should know"

"Forewarned is forearmed, is it not?"

"Quite. " Professor Plumm sips, "Please don't think that is the over riding influence in Vassar though, you know it would not be so wonderful as it is if that was the case. "

"I may have been sheltered, somewhat, at home. And in fae society."

"Many students are.. mortal or otherwise, college is a place where you learn not only how to think but also the challenges of living in a community . May I ask if you have any interests beyond books? I might suggest groups to test your social wings on that would be.. tolerable for a sluagh?"

"Well, magic, but...."

"Well, there is a wiccan group on Campus but that may not be the sort of magic you'd join in"

"...I make lace?"

"AH, you might find quite a few friends among the crafty ones" A chuckle "It's a small club on campus that keeps old techniques alive"

"Oh! That might be nice."

He tells her the building they meet at, as they sip tea and it's actually quite nice. While Zara may not appreciate spies on her, Mr. Plumm is at least cordial and seems to want her to enjoy the college.

Zara is nothing if not polite.

She is not, however, particularly forthcoming with personal details.

It is noticed, but apparently the boggan is not surprised. As time passes, Professor Plumm says with apology "Please forgive, but classes and other matters await us both. I'll escort you out the door, no need for you to squeeze through holes meant for birds"

She nods.

And she is given kindly escort through the halls of the hold. Naturally, it is a winding path, and there will be soem challenges in making sense of it later. But eventually she comes out and finds herself stepping out of a book case in the library. It seems this hold has more than one or even three ways in. oh to learn them all

...this is the Baron's freehold?

A blink as she realizes where she's been, not in the main part of it, the heart of it, but the Baron is truly a sidhe... that is, the hill of the land is... he lives under the campus, or perhaps in a lair just out of tune save at the holding points

She was just guided through the exit to the hold and not even aware ... she almost didn't even ken it.

Oh, there's more to see there...

Zara might just be a tremble at the idea of the secrets on how that little trick was arranged. Oh, if only another class did not await.

But here is the way in...

Oh yes. It maybe locked behind her for all she knows, but locks, as any sluagh knows, are just puzzles meant to be bested.
