"August August my boy" he chuckles "Tend to yourself. I've been around a while. I know how to keep on keeping on. Make love to your wife. I know she feels badly about this whole car wreck thing. "

"We, ah... we're fine. As far as that goes. And... yes, she does." He shakes his head. "I wish..."

"wish?"

He shakes his head. "I don't want her to beat herself up over it. She's Fiona. Things like this are going to happen."

"Well, she might need a bit of thought along with her impulse, but she's a wilder, and we all lived, and learned. Delores' plan went off with nary a hitch."

August nods. "She's incredible." He agrees.

"Yes, as is your daughter who held regency here bravely and well despite her frustration. Sparrow was itching to go herself."

"I'm going to see her next." August assures him.

"Are you making the rounds of everyone involved? August... you have a touch of mother hen in you. Most endearing, but you're not responsible for them all. That's your wife's burden"

That stymies him a moment. "I... I suppose I want to see everyone, yes. It's just polite. And I'd want to see Derynwydd anyway."

"Oh definitely, give her my regards please. "

"I will."

And off, August goes. Once he is gone... the satyr's fae seeming seems threadbare again, maybe more so "I am so...tired of being..." A hoarse protest "tired of being less."

Elsewhere, in Earth runes.. a young boggan squire eyes the slop he's been given to meal on. It doesn't matter. He won't turn traitor to his knight. Sides, he's a boggan too. He can cook, clean and mend, not as well as some, but enough that he doesn't need them. Setting his jaw he goes to warn his liege, albeit too late. IT would appear he's no longer in the gossip chain.
