You grew up in a really hard life, and yes that shaped you. That doesn't make anyone worse than the other or better. Just different. And...you know? It's okay. Seelie, Unseelie, we'll muddle through. We won't always understand each other but we can try to be there when lightning sets the sails on fire"

Dagmar folds her arms. "Well, she won't be here. She's leaving."

"Not permanently! It's like...a summer trip. Kind of like a study abroad thing? But I'll be back. I have to be. We start high school next year!"

Siv dusts herself off a bit, "Sylvi, we're going to be late for chores."

She glances at Siv, then looks up at the light in the sky. "Crap. Okay, yeah...Dagmar, you want to come with?"

"Yeah. Summer. I should head back to the Browns'. I'll be late for dinner."

She stands and dusts off, too.

"Later, Dagmar. Mums the word about Vano"

"M'not a squealer."

"Okay. Hey...can I come visit you at your place?"

"I mean, not today, but maybe some time this weekend?"

"Um." Shifty look. "I'll be back this weekend. I'll need to see if you can visit."

"Cool. Let me know." She gives a wave, then heads back towards the Lodge.

For Tweak, it has been a burst of productivity that almost, almost seems to make ballooning up like a damn beach ball worth it. She stares at her inventions, the inspirations were so fierce. There's OlFactor Sound Rerouter! It can turn a specifc sound, such as a baby crying, into smelling like the flower of your choice! Lilacs or roses .. unfortunately she hasn't figured out to make it smell like engine grease or something she really likes. But will it be cruel to the kid?

The second invention is the Changebot drone.

This baby hovers around, waits until it detects a certain amount of Fecal matter or urine, then rips the diaper right off ...sucks it into it's waste container, and launches another one right onto the now bare bottom after administering a cleaning woosh of water like a frick Boo DAAAY

of course, sometimes it malfunctions and puts an adult in one.

Man nipples are useless, normally, but if a fellow straps these handy dandy bands around his chest, press the button, and voila! Masculine lactation! Share the load!

It seems to have a problem realizing that if something tops 7 feet tall (or for that matter half that) it probably doesn't need a diaper changed. How to calibrate a size deferential?
