The voice is still approaching ".... very nice dross, yes, but.... what?"

"This is your uncle, Zara?" Coradel says, clearly loud enough for Hirim to realize.

"ZARA!?!?!?!"

"Best you don't ttalk to him much, or make eye contact with him" Earl advises Coradel who does not know Hirim's ways

Apparently, it is actually possible for Zara to be paler!

The elderly nocker dressed in an eye-watering robe and fez comes barrelling up at an accelerated limp.

Make shift bandages on arm and shoulder, on leg.. Zara looks a bit like 'The Bride'

Coradel blinks at the...oh, my, the STYLE choices.

Earl stands his ground, his love in his hands

the Count Von Dornklippe says "Maser Hirim, if you please, your neice is injured"

She nods at Earl's advice, not intimidated so much as awed.

Zara is fuzzily in and out. "Hehe will fuss."

"Zara!?!?!" Hirim totters up and puts his hands on her, searching, checking. "Yeah, and -your- niece is a slacking pushover." he retorts to the Count.

"Put her down, you big blue ape, what, you want she should get altitude sickness too?"

"Where were you when this happened, huh????" still asking Earl.

Earl lowers "Protecting her, Uncle Hirim. I'm sorry I didn't do well as I hoped"

It looks like she was shredded by glass - a collection of cuts across her limbs and torso.

Coradel moves to stand by August.

"Oh Zara....." it's almost a moan from Hirim.

Von Dornklippe says softly to Coradel and August "It would appear I am in your debt. Fear not, Hirim IS a master, if..primal in personality"

August nods. "I recall."

"I didn't fit..." Apologetically.

Hirim destroys the dross and puts a kiss on Zara's forehead, casting Heatherbalm.

"Excellency, it's possible you are not the only one who has been impacted by this woman. Are you sure it is truly your niece?"

"Less and less sure" he admits "But the paperwork and evidence was..remarkably tight" The Count says

"The paperwork may have born enchantment itself."

Earl holds Zara steadily as her wounds seal and heal, blood seeming to replinish

"Ssshhhh...... it's ok, Bubalah." He lapses into Yiddish.

Earl gets those Yiddish References!

"Amen" Earl whispers

"Amen." August murmurs.

Coradel watches quietly.

Zara blinks again, and reaches out to touch Hirim's hand.

Earl sttill holds her there like he'd never ever let her go as long as she needed him

"Shkoyekh, Hehe."

"Did we stop the golem? There was a fake count..."

"She's not the Count's niece, she lied..."

"the golem is dead.. " earl assures

"The Orrery had magics on it, to fool everyone and make them act poorly..."

"Well, disassembled"

"And the true Count is here."

"The Orrery? What did she do to my Orrery?" The Count turns

August explains what he saw when he returned to Alabaster Hollow's Orrery hall.

Hirim seems to want to hold Zara himself.

Earl shifts her gently so he can reach yet more of his niece. Zara? SO much better. She is nearly fully recovered- save for possible Shanda fall out

Zara allows it. "I'm feeling much better, no need for a shanda..."

Coradel sighs, pleased that Zara looks more like herself. "Sir Earl, were you hurt, as well?"

The Count is shaken "The Orrery destroyed... but only because she twisted it. I think I am begining to understand what a Shanda is"

August's gaze wanders back to Zara (and Earl and Hirim are right there too).
