Jacob has explored every inch of his sister's room, while she's away, this is his chance.

Zara's room has a lot of STUFF.

What's with the pens?

The pair of wingbacks, on troll-sized. The canopy bed with lace curtains. Pens.

So many pens.

WOW that's a lot of pens

(And books, so many books)

He lays the pens out in a pentacle

Candles. Dried flowers.

and then in the center of that, puts a candle, dried flowers in wreath

Faded photographs. Sketches from Earl.

taking a stuffed animal, he puts tiny horns on it, and puts it in the center of the display

"ooooooo Tedzebub... the summoning is nigh"

A small cluster of DustBunny chimera watch him from under the vanity.

He looks down at them, "Shhh..don't tell Zara."

He likes some Earl's art... not enough decomposing, but good otherwise.

They meep.

The teddy bear is new, he brought that. It looks like a little devil bear.

Lots of locked drawers, too...

THOSe are annoying. He tries to use a hair clip he borrowed to open one.

They aren't fancy locks - they are intended to ward off Hannah, not a determined sluagh

eventually one opens..."yes" he says

and risks having his face melted as he pries into things he should not.

Flowers, notes... ewwww, mushy love notes... a dried monkey's hand in a glass box...

The last catches attention " Cool"

And he oppppens the box

PUlls out the paw

It holds glamour, rich and dark and bitter...

"Ooo... " he ponders then "Silly me. I got a mom and sister now. I'm good" and he puts the paw back, closes the box and puts it back in the drawer

He puts everything back, except Tedzebub which he instead places on his sister's pillow, with it's cute red fur and forked tail and horns.. and a note Dearest Sister, you made mom feel safe again. Thank you. Here's a devil bear. You're welcome. Signed, Jacob

He pauses, he probably should have written SINCERELY Jacob, but mmph. It's fine.

And he leaves her room, otherwise exactly as he found it!

I mean, the pens are more or less back. And so one drawer is unlocked.

And some of the art is out of order.

and.. you know, stuff

but those are all little things

right?

yeah, it's good enough she won't notice those.

...sure.
