"A little," she agrees. "Maybe they just laid out random lures and got lucky."

"Just sayin' - not enough research to realize how dumb it was to take a chimera with a protector."

"Maybe we can crash at the hold and come back in the morning..." She flexes a hand, testing it.

Sylvi had the opportunity to cast some Spring magics when they returned (and before the quest for strawberries) so the burns on her back are little more than a memory.
