"A merit badge, hm? That's quite an accomplishment."

"I've been all over everywhere." She puffs out her chest.

Siv comes back in, sans cat, hearing a talk is going on, she takes a corner. Near the cupcakes. Probably to guard them. Probably.

"And not once never not found my way home. HOMING pigeon." She trills.

"It does seem that you're...well, a frequent flyer." Troll face.

Siv sips her mug then, either to hide a smile or a wince.

She stretches out her arms (and the stubby wings mimic) "Uh-huh. I'm an albatross."

"Lucky for us you're here, then. Where are your favorite places that you've seen?"

Something flickers across her face, something sad, before she plasters on a smile. "The Grand Canyon! Did you know it has special nymphs that live in it? Their whole job is to listen to people shouting and call it right back at'em."

Siv grins at that, openly.

"One fellow, he was walking along the river there and tripped over his shoelace and saw his reflection in the water. He thought it was a nymph lookin' up at him, and fell clean in love."

"What a narcissist."

"Right?"

"I haven't been to the Grand Canyon yet, but it sounds like a place you'd recommend?"

"Oh yeah, I've been there loads of times. And there's donkeys and you can pet them. They have soft noses."

"Good luck fitting a full sized ship down on that river during the dry season" Siv mutters

A grin at Siv. "Sounds like a risky proposition, yes."

She tilts her head at Siv. "Are you a pirate?"

Oh, that gets a grin from Kerri.

"I have been, and I've also fought them," Siv grins "Captain Siv Waveborne, at yer service, Lass. I hope your folks have found a house you all like."

"The apartment was 'too smalllllll.'" She huffs.

"I'm Harmony!" She takes Siv's hand and shakes it vigorously.

"Siv, could you get word to Sally Mae that we've got the winged contingent of the family here, in case they're wondering."

Siv shakes "I think I know your sister, Melody," Then to the Chief, "Aye, Chief. Right away."

She giggles.

"Did you want another cookie?" Kerri offers.

"No?" BIG hopeful eyes.

Siv chuckles and heads off to find the Novaks. Best to keep the new family abreast of the Pooka positioning.

"One more," Kerri offers, allowing the girl to take one from the plate herself.

"And one for Les?"

Kerri watches Siv go without comment, though she had really intended for her to text Sally Mae. Well, whatever works.

"More for Les? Fair enough."

She surveys, carefully picking up a jam-stuffed one, and then... with a smirk, an oatmeal raisin.

"Just be careful. I once heard of a parakeet pooka who ate too many cookies. Turned into an ostrich and never flew again."

She swallows a squawk.

A solemn nod.

The sound of a younger brother calling nearby when there is no need to "AMY! Mom and dad got tole you were here and they're renting that van that fits us all so you're wasting money by harrassing the Fed holders... and get your butt back already they found a nice one with ledges and a BIG tree."

Egon was not ASKED to call for his sister, but voluntered

"We'll write up a quality control report after taste testing, thank you for your cooper- Ack!"

"Ah, there he is. Shall I walk you outside and help you deliver that cookie safely to him?"

She sighs. "May I have a third baby cookie?"

"Well, yes, but you might have to eat it for them, if their teeth are rather new."

She huffs. "Can't look him in the mouth, it's bad luck."

Kerri doesn't even want to contemplate the complications of raising a baby centaur, unless she absolutely has to.

A peanut butter cookie is added to her loot.

She rises and beckons for Amity to come with her out to meet her brother.

The pooka follows Kerri like a little duckling.

The adorable centaur boy gets EXTRA sweet when he meets a cookie provider. You'd think he was a four hoofed angel!

She sticks her tongue out at Egon.

Egon gives a sad put upon look, he's such a good boy, why must she be so cruel? Pity the innocent lad and ignore the times he has jump scared her with a gallop
