She savors "I used it on a sea giant, chimera, though perhaps kin to us" A ssmile "I got the move from You by the way. I hear you used it on a dragon once. Whether that's how it happened or not, it DID inspire"

"Hmph." An amused sound. "Yes, I recall that. It is a good move unless the opponent has already seen you use it. It depends on surprise."

"And even then nothing guaranteed" She nods "Thanks again for helping teach Kassidy."

Siv IS pleased it worked, but isn't boasting. She's well aware luck as well as skill played a big part

"I only reinforced what you are already doing. You are a fine knight to her."

A proud look at that, "Didn't think I would be... but yeah, I think I'm enjoying it more than I expected. Good kid. Course, she's lucky in that I had a lodge full of mentors here to show me good rolemodels, the baroness of Earth runes too. Just paying it forward. Here, I'll refill our mugs. I want to hear some stories of YOUR early days and your mentors."
